The home was a great a place for our stay and we loved the backyard for our small dog. It was very convenient and short drive to the downtown area. We really enjoyed walking in the neighborhood and down to the small beach.

Nice, comfortable, cozy home in a quiet neighborhood, close to everything. The house had everything we needed for our stay. If you are planning on heading to the beach, check the house before you go buy supplies. It is equipped with sun shades, wagons, boogie boards, sand toys etc. This was perfect for my family of 4 (2 kids) We will definitely stay there again if we come back to Sarasota.

This location was ideal, close to the airport, grocery stores and downtown. A little congested with traffic at peak times but also easy to find alternative routes to bypass the gridlocked traffic. 2-3 block walk to the water for sunsets and views of the Ringling bridge.

The house was clean, easy to walk in to and use it like a home away from home. Also had a nice simple pet friendly yard. Sent a couple messages to owners who were quick to respond and helpful. Pretty close to a bunch of beaches also. All around worth it!

Great location and a very clean rental.

The Owner was very helpful, answered all our questions, and gave us some excellent suggests for activities and restaurants. The stay was very pleasant. Very nice screened in back patio which we could only use once due to the unusually weather.

Cozy, clean and comfortable small house that was in a charming neighborhood near the bay and just a mile or so north of the heart is downtown Sarasota.

We had a wonderful long weekend here. It was quiet and peaceful and exceeded our expectations. The hour is clean and comfortable and very well-stocked with everything we needed. Communication with Kirby is easy and quick to respond. It's walking distance to the beach. The house is true to its listing--what you see in the photos is what you get. It's also in a great location and close to all the things we wanted to do. We would definitely stay here again.

Delightful home

The house was perfectly suited for our needs. The king bed was sooo comfortable! Like sleeping on a cloud. The location was close to everything!

Por qué eligió esta propiedad

We have come to the area for years but over covid spent a month in Sarasota exploring and riding a bike around town and fell in love with the little Goldielocks feel of the area ( not too big, not too small). The indian Beach sapphire shores area has a rich history and it’s got this jungle feel 2 blocks to the water with all these amazing huge homes but it’s a really old neighborhood so with all this lush overgrown greenery, it’s really peaceful and clean and nice. Being by the school ensures the safety of the area but it’s also really quiet and we don’t mind that at all and love wandering the hood in the evenings around sunset. It’s also super close to downtown and lido beach which is our favorite.

One block away you have this adorable local coffee shop/bookstore, a local bar with good food and fancy cocktails open until 2 am, and a Starbucks, Walgreens, grocery, dunkin all within 2 blocks so it’s walkable but not in all the busy areas and so it feels like you have the best of both worlds
