A romantic weekend watching the sun set? A day of exploring trails in the surrounding woods? Fishing with friends in the state park? Hitting the hot spots by land or water? This meticulously maintained house located INSIDE Lake Ozark State Park is for you!

As one of the only houses situated at the water's edge, you can literally fish out your bedroom door!!! Just 9 miles of blacktop leads you from the hustle and bustle of the highway to the front door of this amazing retreat. Located at the 5.5MM of the Grand Glaize arm, this property features a boat slip, kayaks, a standup paddleboard and deep water perfect for swimming, fishing, boating or relaxing on one of two amazing decks. The dock is connected to the lower deck which means NO STAIRS to the water!

The master features a new king size tempur-pedic bed, full bath with tub, and an attached deck. Second bedroom features a new queen size bed, full bath and an attached deck. Third non-traditional open concept bedroom upstairs includes a queen bed, bunk beds and an extra twin mattress. The home also includes an attached garage, as well as room for 3-4 cars outside.

A brand new big-screen TV and high-speed wi-fi allows guests to log into streaming services for the comfort of home!

Security: There are two exterior security cameras located at the front of the house focusing on the parking area and the dock/boat for owner security when the unit is unoccupied. This is similar to what you would find at any hotel. No interior spaces are monitored.

Weekend getaway for fishing tournament

We had a great stay with a large family group mixed with grandma, parents and kids 11-15. House was clean and we were able to bring our small dogs. We loved the boat slip and made it easy to enjoy the tournament that my husband had entered. Directions and communications were clear by the host. We didn’t have any problems. The weather was cool so we did get a small space heater for the main floor. The layout of the house is unique and there are a lot of stairs so that is the only thing I would be prepared for if traveling with elderly guests. Great view too, we enjoyed our stay!

Thanksgiving with Family!!

Three levels provide lots of room to spread out and enjoy time together! Nice kitchen we were able to cook up our holiday meal! Quick drive to shopping and restaurants. Property is very well maintained. Very responsive hosts.

Families last summer getaway

Labor Day get away for family of 8. Relaxing on the dock, lake and in beautiful comfortable home. Very quiet and scenic location away from traffic and noise. Peaceful sitting outside at night under the stars. Already looking forward to a return next year. Thanks for having our family at your beautiful home.

Lake house!

The house is wonderful very clean, well stocked with everything you need ( all the way to include toothbrushes) I highly recommend this house for family or friend trips! For boat owners, the dock is great for the boat very wide and long! We put in at public beach #1, the park has trailer parking. Leave your trailer at the park. The road to get to this lovely house is narrow. The house is only 20 minutes from boat ramp by road, only 15 minutes by water.

Family Vacation

Super cute and clean property in the midst of a beautiful state park, great for the whole family. We enjoyed hanging on the spacious decks and dock! Highly recommended!

We chose this property for one reason: LOCATION! There is not another property on the lake that allows you to enjoy the quiet of the state park but still be 10 minutes from all the action. When we saw that you could literally fish right off the deck, we were sold! We HAD to have it!!!!
