We are sorry that there was disappointment regarding the pool enclosure. We would like to clarify this point for future guests: after the storm, the pool cage was no longer present. This change was clearly disclosed prior to arrival. The listing photos that still showed the cage included a visible note stating that the screen enclosure was no longer there due to storm damage, and the pool cage was also removed from the amenities list to avoid any misunderstanding. We understand how important outdoor comfort is, especially in Florida, and we regret that this impacted your experience. We made every effort to communicate this change transparently and to ensure the listing accurately reflected the current condition of the property. We usually appreciate every feedback even if it´s not positive for us. We try to improve our business with each customer and reviews help us to reach that goal. So thank you for taking the time and writing the review. We would've appreciated if during your stay you let us know about issues because we could have resolved it while you were here and improved your stay. We checked the bedding in the master room and it was in good condition, and still currently is. As you know we have a check in time of 4pm and check out time of 10am. The morning of your stay, you arrived much earlier then check in. We have a check in procedure and certain protocols while staying at our villas that help to alleviate problems like this. We are sorry if there was any miscommunication on our part and hope to see you back in the future again. Thank you.
