Spacious place

House was just as the pictures looked. Canal was not as wide as I thought but made no difference. Very clean and quiet.

Pool steps

Everything was great, except the steps from the pool to the dock area. They are a law suit waiting to happen. They wouldn't pass any building code inspector. I'm 81 years old and I risked my life every time I used them. No rails, too narrow of a landing outside the pool door and the drop in between the steps is inconsistent.

Winter vacation

Clean place . Hot tub needs to be set warmer. Fishing was not ideal on dock. Need dock lights and chairs on dock. Rug was a hazard at the front door it moves . Overall though the place is great for swimming and location to things .

Very pleasant stay overall

Easy access & understandable directions on home functioning. Clean & spacious. Smart Vizio tvs a plus. pool and hot tub work great. Could use a new kitchen spatula - so minor a detail (the one is weak & needs replaced) Two walk-in showers EXCELLENT. Located in a great location Very close neighbor had outdoor renovation being done real close to master bedroom & loud vocals & machine noises really early - not homeowners fault but not a great way to start each day. One of the four auto working blinds in the dining area was missing. Only a problem when the sun was blaring through - BUT the good was - the sun was blaring through :) Got too busy to use grill, kayaks or bikes but wish we had & glad they were with house. Left a note for housekeeping that we went a step further with sheets and towels & left washed in the washer. Hope that helped out a bit. Would stay here again. Thank you for having us.

Excellent stay!!!

Our family of 5 absolutely loved this house. Everything we needed,very spacious and the pool and hot tub were perfect. Easy communication with the property manager and everything was very well detailed in emails,the listing and notes posted at the house. Will definitely return.

The only complaint we have is we should have booked longer 😭 everything was awesome! The pool, hot tub, location, neighborhood! Was 10/10 definitely will be back! :)

Beautiful Home ~ Filled with Light!

We absolutely loved out stay!! The windows and sliding door that overlook the pool and the canal ~ allow for natural light ~ which we loved! Made me feel like I was outside, when hanging out inside. Open plan: loved the open plan. Could cook in the kitchen and be a part of the action in the livingroom. Has a nice dining table, with a pool/water view! Livingroom: Comfortable couch and 2 recliner chairs that are comfortable. Large TV with cable. Kitchen: We cooked almost all of our meals. Plenty of cups, plates, etc. A decent amount of pots & pans. Could use a few baking/oven safe dishes. Bedrooms: Comfortable beds. Large rooms. Plenty of closet space. Pool: loved the pool! Used it every day. Did not use the jacuzzi, but guessing it would be great! Lots of seating areas out by the pool. Has a grill - which we did not have a chance to use. Neighborhood: Wish the area had sidewalks, but was in a neighborhood that did not have a lot of traffic, so could get out and walk. Neighborhood felt safe. Location: Great location that was close to everything you need! Highly recommend this beautiful property!

great Villa

The villa is a little bit on the older side but it is huge and everything was clean and well equipped so we really enjoyed our stay. Especially the lanai and pool is absolutely great and the bikes and kajaks are a wonderful addition to the house. We had fun to explore the canals and the neighborhood.

Wonderful holiday home

This House was wonderful. Modern and cozy like a real Home. The beds were good and the surroundings were delicious. Twice we had to Call for help, and tony came immediately and fixet the issue. We would highly recommend this holiday Home.

Quiet and Comfortable

The home is beautiful, well appointed, and comfortable! All you need for a fun and relaxing vacation. Everything you could ask for is nearby- Publix, Walmart, restaurants too!

The house was huge bigger than the pictures portray. There were 6 of us and we had plenty of room. The bathrooms were huge and there were tons of closets to hang clothes or store luggage. The beds were comfortable the only downfall is if you are cold like me bring blankets there was only a sheet and a quilt but that wouldn’t detour me from booking this house again. We rented a boat and the canal was so peaceful we even saw dolphins. I’d highly recommend! It was close to town (shopping, groceries, restaurants). I can’t say enough good things about this house!

Great house

My wife and I spent the week here and loved it! The house is well-appointed and has everything you need. We loved the outdoor area. The location is excellent, convenient to shopping, dining and the downtown area. Would definitely stay here again!

HOT TUB DOESN’T work

Rented this house b/c of hot tub and a pool. Hot tub didn’t work the whole time there, handyman came everyday to fix it but could never fix it. Only reason he came is b/c I contacted him directly. Emailed the owner with no response.

Cape Coral Stay

The home was very nice, clean, and centrally located to everything. My only complaint was the hot tub didn't work during our stay and I couldn't get in touch with the host to have it fixed. I emailed the host but each time the email was returned undeliverable. I was able to get ahold of the handyman who showed up quickly but he said he would need to call the pool company to have it fixed. I called the host and left a voicemail but never heard back.
