Our beach front contemporary style condo will blow you away with it's ground floor amazing Gulf view. You can see the beach from the living room, dining area, and guest bedroom. Living room seating for 4 with a sleeper sofa and an arm chair. Living room entertainment includes a large flat screen TV. Seating for 2 at the back porch area with a high top table over seeing the rear courtyard, sea wall, sea oats, and beach. Seating for 4 at the dining table with view of the living room. Room for 4 more at the breakfast bar with stools.
Our all stainless steal appliance kitchen is fully stocked with ice maker, cooking & eating utensils, cooking pots & pans, plates & bowls, and glasses & cups... The kitchen is ready to take on your families favorite meals.
The master bedroom that has a king bed, big flat screen TV on the dresser, and a remodeled master bath. The master bathroom has a new shower/tub combo, new sink, and new toilet.
The guest bedroom has a queen bed and a full sized bed, big flat screen TV on the dresser, and a remodeled master bath. The guest bath has new shower/tub combo, new sink, and new toilet.
In the hall by the entrance there is a closet containing a stacked washer and dryer. New ceiling fans throughout the condo. Ready for a vacationing family. Rent now.

Sugar Beach is one of the areas exclusive family-oriented beach side complex on the world famous Thomas Drive. No long lines waiting for elevators, walk right up to your front door, just minutes from parking to getting settled in for your stay. On-site there is a freshwater lake which provides a unique opportunity to see wildlife. Also there are two well-maintained lighted tennis courts, shuffleboard, basketball and grilling area along with the large beach side pool.

The huge clubhouse has a large oceanfront sundeck to relax, sunbathe and enjoy the ocean view where you may watch a few dolphins swimming by. The clubhouse is filled with a Ping-Pong table, 2 pool tables and many arcade games for young guests. The grounds have large grassy areas and walk ways which provide a nice change from the typical concrete and steel development.

PARKING REGISTRATION:
A $20 parking registration fee for the 1st vehicle is required to be paid at Sugar Beach.
2nd vehicle parking registration is $20 for < 21 day stay.
2nd vehicle parking registration is $35 for > 21 day stay.
Trailer parking registration is $100 per space, if trailer takes up two spaces it would be $200. In addition ALL trailers must be approved by the Sugar Beach office prior to arrival.
These parking registration fees are not added into the cost of the reservation.

Great place

Perfect place to stay with our little Yorkie. The only thing I didn’t like was the ability to see the beach and ocean.

Step out to the beach

The condo bedrooms are large and the beds were comfortable. Water pressure in the showers was strong. The kitchen had a large island. great for food preparations. A few more eating utensils could be added and another chair or sofa for adult seating to watch TV.The BEST part it is only a few steps to the beautiful white sand beach! Beach rental employees were great too!

Short review

It's an older property. Price is good. Air conditioning and ceiling fans great! DIY projects inside are silly.Information about beach umbrellas & chairs was not accurate; needs to be updated. The pros outweigh the cons. Thankyou

Absolutely Perfect

The condo was exactly as pictured & advertised! Just steps from the beach & a community pool. We enjoyed the beachfront Florida sunrises & sunsets. Our only issue with our stay was the bedroom tvs wouldn't connect to the cable & we couldn't get connected to the wifi. We of course found other things to do, so that wasn't a huge issue for us. We enjoyed our 4night stay & will definitely be returning!! Highly recommend staying here😁

Loved it!

This was our 3rd time staying at Sugar Beach, and this condo was by far my favorite. It was clean and well-stocked with everything we needed. Normally, I bring our own towels because the towels at other condos aren’t all that great, but this time, I never even used our personal towels. The decor was beautiful and seemed newer. The king size bed was extremely comfortable. Everything was really nice. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will definitely book the same condo again.

Great place and location

This place is fantastic. It’s in a great location away from all the traffic. Walking distance from fuel station and food restaurants and store. Just several steps to the pool and beach access. Kitchen has everything. Just bring extra stuff you need like instructions said. Gate code was different from what was listed. So be sure to confirm that before arriving. Definitely will stay at this location again

No internet, no cable, no washer, no dryer

The property was in a great location and was very clean. My biggest complaints are due to things not working as expected/ advertised. While the office staff were very communicative and tried to get things working for me, it was still a big inconvenience to not have internet for the first day due to me planning on working from my computer. The kids did not have any entertainment during the times we were in the condo. We had to use the property laundry after driving around looking for quarters. It was very frustrating; however, my family tried their best to make the best of it.

Weekend getaway

Property was under a lot of construction (remodeling). That in itself wasnt an issue but there was a LOT of building debri. Right out the dlfeont door was wet concrete, a broom head, catdboard, LOOSE nails and other debri. On the back (beach side) there were cutters, raili g, and home decor laying around. Ferral cats roamed the property- not a big deal except some of the cushions on the patio wrre covered in cat hair. Parking was $10 more than listed. Inside wasnt bad but somethings could have been better upkept- mold on shower curtains, dust, ect. Dish washer took 3 attempts to get dishes clean. TVs, fridge, washer, dryer were all great! Loved the location. The pool and beach access were super convenient. The pool house and pool were very well maintained. The condo was decorated cute and had everything it said it would. If itbhadnt been for the construction debri, i would have rated a 5star, I think it just set a bad firat impression.

Sunny white sand beaches

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The property location and layout is one of the best to be found in Panama City. Absolutely perfect. That can not be said of the property management. The first morning waking up we found ourselves locked in the bedroom. The door latch mechanism was broken and would not open the door. The window was sealed shut and would not open properly. The coffee maker was faulty and would not operate. One of the sliding glass doors going out to the patio was screwed shut. Son in law was attacked by mosquitos while sleeping and woke up to six bites on his face. The property managements attitude and actions were impassive from the beginning of registering at the office. Although the property management was kind about it, they did not provide solutions to some real safety issues.

Poorly equipped for a week.

No ice maker as listed. No ice cube trays. We had to buy ice trays. No baking dishes or mixing bowls. No pitchers . Poorly equipped . No measuring cups., No cookie sheets. We had to buy everything for cooking. Place just too small. Microwave opened on the right side So you had to go all the way around the kitchen to the other side to use the microwave. Ants everywhere outside. Needed spraying for ants. Needed a ramp to go to the beach instead of steps. Too hard to lift wagon up steps. The access code to the entrance was wrong on the information sheet.. We saw so many people struggling to get in the gate because they too had the wrong access code. Too hard to get into the pool area and to the beach due to all the codes to enter. We were a family of six and the dining room table only had four chairs. Good ac.

Not enough amenities..

Had to call for a new coffee pot that didn’t work, only 2 rolls of bath tissue for 2 bathrooms & 2 small quarter size bars of bath soap..No dishSoap, although they wantedTheir kitchen clean when you left..Only 2 trash bags for kitchen trash..No laundry soap..Not enough towels..They state there are beach chairs available- and that’s not true.. we spend 60$ a day for thatService.. @!5 days, do the math...called and spoke with them about that.. still , it is not in theContract..We stayed in a bottom floor andWasTold it had a view- nope.. theOnly view was of theSea oats and a retainingWall..They wantYou pick up afterYourself- pull the sheets, take out the trash and pile towels in oneSpot and start a dish washer .. geez..I didn’t find thereTo be enough comfortable seating in theCondo..No ice on the premises..You have to pay for a parking permit...Every time we calledThe office we were told that they were short handed and had to wait our turn to be serviced...Way to strict for adults...

Lovely property, awesome location

This condo was great for our family. Just a few steps from the beach, pool, and clubhouse. However, we never received any coupons or options for free golf as advertised. But overall, we had a good stay for spring break.

Great location. Responsive property management.

I had a fine stay in this unit. It wasn’t perfect but the property management folks were responsive and eager to make things right. I’d stay again. The upholstered furniture needs cleaning. Not a great choice of fabrics for a beach rental. The unit needs some touch ups here and there. I’d recommend this place to friends and family. Parking is wonderful. The location is fantastic. You really are just a few steps to the beach. Paradise.

Perfect location for a very picky vacationer

Reviewer Comments: The rental experience was really good; I am INSANELY picky, so saying it was good means it was. The only thing that I can nitpick is the quality of the furniture, which was cheap. I was constantly afraid that we might break the furniture, even though we were using it as intended. The appliances were nice. Location was perfect, I always want to stay on the lowest level because I have small children. Not having to drag things up and down is great. You could see the beach and the ocean right past the sea oats from our room. The bed configuration was okay, but it would have been much better if the second bedroom had two queen-size beds; one was a queen, I think, and the other was a full. Being critical, the pool was closed for two days for repair while we were there. That was something that was sprung on us a day or so before we arrived. There was a lot of construction/upgrades/maintenance work going on while we were there. I am sure the upgrades were needed, but they were noisy, and there were a lot of workers hanging around.

Close to the beach

I would definitely recommend but could use some TLC

The condo was nicely furnished, appliances were new and clean, but could use some updates on fixtures and basic things like floorboards, back splash. Bathrooms were clean and basic. 2 of 3 tvs were not working, not that TV was a priority for day, but would have been nice for evening. I understand they are going thru construction and repairs from the hurricane but the gutters were not working during heavy rain we experienced while there. Lots of ants everywhere. Outside furniture was good. I would still recommend this property but price should be lower until construction is complete.

Just Perfect

Couldn't be more pleased with this property, pardon their mess as they are going through renovations but that did not affect our trip at all. We were extremely pleased with the location, the actual condo, the management staff everything was just right and we will definitely be returning.
