Great Home for multi family, friends or one large family, great main floor space with family room dining room and open kitchen, leads to the large backyard with pool and spa (*both can be heated for fee ) grass area to run around. Magic Kingdom themed Master bedroom (with King) and Master bath downstairs off of main living area with slider to backyard, a second bedroom downstairs -Hollywood Studios (king bed) shares hall bathroom downstairs. Upstairs is a second entertainment area with arcade game, teen sitting area, popcorn machine, large couch and TV movie area. Upstairs is another 6 bedrooms. Two with private baths and king beds (Epcot and Animal Kingdom themed). Two rooms share a jack and Jill bathroom with shower, these rooms are toy story (twin over full bunk bed w/slide) and Mickey Minnie (2 twin beds w/trundle).On the other side two rooms Princess and Marvel themes (each have two full beds) and share another Jack and Jill bath with a tub shower combo. Home can sleep 12-14 adults comfortably and up to 18 people if families with kids. Encore is a great vacation rental community, not a house in just a neighborhood, with gated entrances and very family friendly safe and nice to walk around in the morning or evening. There are 2 small restaurants on site ** please take note that the community slide pool area is restricted for those booking at a much higher rate solely through encore management. Booking direct through encore resort itself is the only way -so if that is a must for you, I like to mention it. I manage my house myself so it stays nice and not trashed like some of the rental homes managed by big company's. So sorry as they do not allow owners to give access to our renters, or I would. I believe you can often buy a daily pass but they change the options frequently. Take advantage of my VRBO lower rates for the neighborhood and enjoy our lovely home and pool in backyard and awesome community just 10-12 minutes to the Disneyworld parks, 20 minutes from Orange County Convention Center and Universal Studios. Right off Interstate 4 and the 429 easy to get to all areas- Orlando International airport (MCO) is 25 minutes. Approx. 1 hour from Tampa airport and the gulf coast and western beaches and 1 hour to Cape Canaveral/Cocoa Beach and the east coast beaches. Great central location. Home in Encore resort community

Had a pleasant experience.

stayed for a week with family we had a pleasant experience. The host was good and replied to us back with info whenever had questions related to the pool and the property. The property is clean and enjoyable

What can we say about this property? It is spectacular! Great attention to detail and nice Disney touches all over the house. Air conditioing easily used via a touch screen pad, so you can set air con to the level that you are comfortable with and the same would be true in the unlikely event you needed heating in Florida . Beautiful private pool area. Great location and safe neighbourhood, with good security. The owner, Tiana, is very responsive to queries, polite and helpful. We had a couple of little issues, beyond her control, and she got these sorted straight away. The house totally deserves its 5 star rating, and we are already looking at booking again next year. We have been home 2 days and miss it already. One teeny suggestion, but as a Brit who likes their cups of tea, a proper plug in electric kettle would be great to have as as an addition to the home. Thank you Tiana, you have a vacation rental to be very proud of and it has been a pleasure dealing with you.

Work trip

7 females had to work in Orlando on Disney property. The location and size was perfect . Quick drive to ESPN. Very clean . Would stay again for work and even with our families.

Great location for extended stay

Centrally located gated community 10 min From everything. Lots of room for everyone regardless of your group. 8 bed rooms wonderfully redecorated. Plenty of kitchen and dinning space. Big pool, and hot tub.

WE choose this property after many times searching for the best location to the Disney parks yet still had an community vibe. WE love encore as its safe and lighted wide streets with no cars lining the roads and feeling crowded like other complex we saw. This one felt like home!
