A Holiday Retreat

Have you ever seen The Holiday? This quaint 2b/1b house gave us ALL the Nancy Mayer movie vibes. It was decorated for Christmas when we arrived in a charming way that took into account the space we would need for our family. The kitchen was well appointed and the lay out was perfect. The updates to the home were carefully and thoughtfully done. We never felt cramped even with adults, kids and pups. The Jack and Jill bathroom is so beautiful. And the backyard was perfect for our needs. We got a ton of rain while we were there so we didn’t get to fully experience the backyard but the fire pit and chairs looked cozy. We didn’t end up using the laundry in the garage but it was nice to have the option. And the queen pull out couch was a nice surprise. The linens were cozy and the towels were soft. It felt luxurious! We also LOVED being a few minutes walk to the village. We spent a whole morning shopping in the town and getting to meet so many amazing shop owners. Mule Bakery was a must every day and the newer shop, Neighbors is a delight! We picked up some books at the book store, pastries and coffee and spent an afternoon cozy on the couch while watching a movie on the TV in the living room and cute electric fireplace. We didn’t want to leave! Thanks again to Brooke for this sweet spot and for being a great host. We hope to stay again soon!

Great house in the village of arroyo grande!

We went up for thanksgiving and wanted to be within walking distance of the village. This darling house was great ! The host Brooke was very responsive and helpful. The house had the bonus of a back yard and fire table so we were able to enjoy this as well. Would definitely stay here again

Wedding weekend

The property was great-very clean and comfortable. The only drawback was that the bathroom sink didn’t work so we had to brush our teeth in the kitchen sink.

Charming Cozy Stay with Responsive Host

I had a wonderful stay at this cozy vrbo, perfectly situated near restaurants. The small, tidy space felt like home, and the lovely backyard was a bonus. The host’s quick responses to my texts made the experience even better. Highly recommended!
