Luxury NEW Lakeview Vacation Home - Theater, Sauna, Game Room+

This stunning lake house is brand new, completed in 2022 with new furniture and every amenity. A few minutes walk to Donner Lake, the home is nestled among the pines with Tahoe wilderness in the back and lake views in the front.

Surrounded by decks, it is the perfect place for BBQs, parties, family reunions, corporate getaways, and social gatherings.

Highlights include a large game room / arcade with Shuffleboard, Ski ball, ping pong, TV, and Arcade games that both kids and adults will love. It also boasts a full theater with 22 reclining luxury seats, a 150 inch screen, and surround sound. The home has a full kitchen and kitchenette.

Although it is large, the home still feels cozy. There are several 'gathering areas' that allow groups to spread out with some degree of privacy. Adults can congregate in the living room on the main floor or the sitting room with a fireplace and a comfortable couch and chairs to carry on peaceful conversation while kids are bouncing off the walls in the play room downstairs. Meanwhile others can be taking a nap in one of the many bedrooms.

The Lakehouse is charming, contemporary, and conveniently off the beaten path, yet close enough to access everything within minutes.

Dream Home Fabulous Stay

Our group was made up of three generations from ages 5 to 79. Everyone LOVED this house. Great location, mesmerizing views, home design worthy of Architectural Digest, with interior furnishings to match. Top notch quality in everything. The game room and movie theater kept the 5 through 13 year-olds busy non-stop. The kitchen “island” is U-shaped and easily accommodated us all. Plus an outdoor dining table that seats 12. The master/primary bedroom suite is beyond compare. Nobody wanted to leave EVER. And of course the Donner Lake location is the best. Thank you from all of us for making such fabulous home available!

Great Lake House

House was very clean and modern, had a very stocked kitchen. Amazing view of the lake and deck to enjoy the outside. Would recommend and stay again.

Standing just above Donner Lake, the Lakehouse has enormous decks with stunning views of the lake. Tucked away on South Shore Drive, it is secluded from the touristy traffic but within walking distance. Donner lake is a short walk - 1/2 mile from the "back entrance" to Donner State Park.

The Tahoe-Donner area is peppered with lakes, streams, mountains, and outdoor adventures. The house is 12 minutes from Sugar Bowl, 15 minutes from Boreal, 20 minutes from North Star, and 25 minutes to Squaw / Palisades.

Qué distingue a esta propiedad

The Lakehouse is referred to as "the gathering place". It is PERFECT for family reunions or corporate retreats. The home boasts 4 or 5 large communal areas with comfortable couches, sofas, and chairs--but also has several more private nooks to escape and read or work privately. The movie theater has seating for 22 people with luxurious reclining chairs--you're as likely to fall asleep as you are to enjoy a movie.

Our children and their friends disappear into the game room and are never willingly leave it. They're playing arcade games, ping pong, ski ball, chess, watching TV... the action never stops in the game room.
