Nestled in the heart of Ocean City, this 3-bedroom, 1-bath bungalow offers a charming coastal retreat just minutes from the beach and boardwalk. Enjoy bright and airy interiors, a cozy sunroom, and a fully stocked kitchen for home-cooked meals. Beach essentials and WiFi are provided for a seamless stay.



The Space:

🏡 Welcome to your next shore getaway! Our home is carefully curated and professionally managed & cleaned, designed to ensure a memorable stay, creating a perfect blend of comfort, functionality, and relaxation.

Main Bedroom – Features a queen bed

Bunk Room – Great for kids or extra guests with twin-over-twin bunk bed plus a twin pull out trundle.

Bonus Sleeping Spaces – A queen size bed in the sun room is perfect for kids or extra guests.

1 Full Bathroom – complete with a tub & shower combo



🍽️ Living & Dining Spaces

Open-concept living area with comfortable seating, a large TV, and plenty of natural light.

Fully equipped modern kitchen with all cookware and dishes, toaster, blender, Keurig coffee maker.

Enjoy some time outdoors on our grassy front yard!



🏖️ Beach Gear

6 beach tags conveniently collected on a lanyard for grab & go convenience.

6 beach chairs, cooler, a wagon/cart and an umbrella (no beach towels).



🧻 Linens, towels & the included essential amenities

Our property comes stocked with a starter supply of paper towels, toilet paper, hand soap, dish soap, dishwasher detergent, laundry detergent, trash bags. Shower products like body wash, shampoo and conditioner are not included.

All bedding (sheets, pillows/pillow cases, blankets & comforters) as well as a full set of bath towels are provided, freshly laundered, and ready for you to enjoy!

This home is equipped with radiator heating and window/portable AC units throughout the house.



🚗 Parking

Ample free street parking in the neighborhood.

There is no laundry in this unit, but several nearby laundromats make it easy during your stay.

Guest Access:

Guests will have full access to the entire bungalow, including the three bedrooms, living room, full bathroom, kitchen, and outdoor patio or balcony. Enjoy a complete experience with a fully equipped kitchen with a coffee maker and and free parking on the street. Self-check-in is available with a provided access code.

Welcome to our Ocean City bungalow, perfectly located in the North End neighborhood! Embrace the coastal lifestyle with the beach just a stone's throw away. Explore the neighborhood and discover a variety of dining establishments and shops, all within walking distance or a short drive. Enjoy the unique charm and convenience of our Ocean City location, offering a memorable vacation experience.



Getting Around:

Navigating Ocean City from our bungalow is a breeze. Guests enjoy free street parking. The beach and boardwalk are within easy walking distance. For those flying in, Philadelphia International Airport (PHL) is about a 1-hour drive. Local public transportation, including buses, provides access to various points on the island. Ride-sharing services are also available for convenient travel to restaurants, shops, and other destinations.



Other Things to Note:

GUEST VERIFICATION & SECURITY: All guests will be required to upload a valid Photo ID (Drivers License, Passport, Government ID) and verify with a “selfie” to the management company's secure, data encrypted portal before being allowed to check in. This information is required by our insurance company and is not used for any other purposes.



PET POLICY: For our listings that are pet friendly: Guests are fully responsible for any damage, excessive cleaning, or disturbances caused by their pets during their stay. By bringing a pet onto the property, you agree to assume all liability for your pet's behavior and to indemnify and hold harmless the property owner and management from any claims or damages arising from your pet. Guests with pets are 100% responsible for keeping their pet under control at all times. Size/weight and breed restrictions may apply. For our listings marked “no pets” - this is strictly enforced. If you have a service animal, we kindly ask that you book one of our pet friendly listings.



SECURITY CAMERA DISCLOSURE: Please be advised there are security cameras present on this listing in the following locations: exterior front entryway/doorbell camera, exterior rear entrance and deck/patio/driveway area. These cameras may record audio & video footage 24/7. We absolutely do not nor will ever have recording devices of any kind inside the home or apartment or any other private area.



QUIET HOURS & MAINTAINING THE PEACE: Quiet hours are between 10pm and 8am. Guests must be respectful of our neighbors, other guests, and overall community at all times so that we may continue providing enjoyable experiences to all of our guests. Any disturbance incident that results in police involvement may result in the immediate termination of a reservation and removal from the rental without refund or warning. There is a ZERO tolerance policy.



NO SMOKING: All properties are ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING of any kind - this includes cigarettes, cannabis, vapes/e-cigs, etc. You may smoke outside and well away from any doors or windows, and must clean up any debris (do not throw butts on the ground). Any evidence of smoking will be automatically billed an additional cleaning fee.

Cute, clean house in a great location with attentive hosts. There was plenty of parking nearby even on a busy weekend, and the house sits on 1st street which lines up with a public bathroom on the boardwalk/beach. We would happily return to this home. Thanks for having us!
