Always a great stay!

Our 3rd annual visit to Prescott and staying on this property never disappoints. Susan and Randy are super easy, units are exceptionally clean and location is peaceful with easy walking distance to downtown. A wonderful stop on our annual southwestern tour.

Great place to stay. Always the best to stay in a home like atmosphere and this one being in the historic area made it even better. It was nice to be close enough to walk around the charming downtown.

A Real Gem in Prescott AZ

Clean, comfortable, well stocked, super nice hosts!! Felt like family. Very responsive to needs. We stayed in this wonderful home for 23 days and would definitely stay here again and again! 2 blocks from historic downtown area.

Historical Location

We stayed 2 nights at this quaint little yellow house. The neighborhood is quiet and full of beautiful historical homes. It is within walking distance to old downtown. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed to cook an evening meal and breakfast. The host provided snacks and bottled water. The host provided quick responses to all communication and the check-out instructions were simple.

Great stay in Prescott

Susan and Randi provide a great clean stay. Loved the snacks provided upon arrival and the kitchen was well stocked. Cottage was just as described and I would stay again.

Prime location

Excellent place to stay! Walking distance to all of Prescott’s hottest spots….The courthouse, whiskey row, restaurants and shopping. Loved the quaintness of the property, well maintained and a super responsive host was honestly the best part!! Can’t wait to go back!

Lovely Cottage, Central Location

Perfect one-bedroom just steps from downtown. Owners are kind and have put a lot of care into this reasonably priced property.

Cozy Comfort

We really enjoyed staying in this cozy little home. The location was perfect for us to be able to walk into the town center and eat at the local restaurants and explore. It was interesting that the home is on the National Register of Historic Places. We selected to go there for our anniversary week and it was very much enjoyed.

We are an international retired couple living right here in beautiful Prescott, minutes away. We moved to Prescott 4 years ago from Michigan and enjoy our 4 sons, 3 labradoodles, and a great community of friends in this beautiful historic town. We love to fly and drive to many of the great destinations nearby. The year round comfortable weather without extreme temperatures is an added benefit as well.

Take a easy stroll to all the great restaurants and shopping destinations minutes away. Each side of this duplex has all the essentials to be comfortable and connected while staying with us in a quiet neighborhood.
