Nob Hill Notable!

VERY clean unit with lots of windows and light. Loved that about the house. Super comfy bed and cute bath. Heater in the living area really does heat the entire unit quite well. Kitchen was quite adequate for our needs and it was nice to have most of the space of the unit devoted to comfy sitting areas, a nice dining area, and a generous bed and closet area. We walked to the downtown quite easily from the home location and we are in our 70s. Really a perfect location for those who like to explore on foot. The parking out front allowed for easy loading and unloading. The back door from the kitchen made it simple to take out the garbage. Just a neat little gem of a place devoted to comfort and coziness. We loved it!

A Real Gem in Prescott AZ

Clean, comfortable, well stocked, super nice hosts!! Felt like family. Very responsive to needs. We stayed in this wonderful home for 23 days and would definitely stay here again and again! 2 blocks from historic downtown area.

Old West meets North Pole

If you’re short on Holiday Spirit, you’ve got to visit Prescott, Arizona. Each December, Prescott Square is transformed into a Christmas Wonderland! And this adorable house on Nob Hill is just a short walk to the square and all the shops and restaurants surrounding it. The house itself has all the amenities you’ll need for a stress-free getaway.

Quick getaway

The little yellow house was so nice looking from the street and inside was so clean and comfortable. Roger was so nice to let us adjust our time of stay and was so friendly both online and in person. Michelle was very nice and helpful

A Home Away From Home!

Enjoyed our second stay at this property

The cottage is comfortable and supplies pretty much everything one might need. I suggest a separate trash can for recyclables. Also, cushions for the dining chairs would be great if you're spending time working while at the cottage. The location is perfect for enjoying downtown Prescott.

Valley Getaway!

Escaped the hot temps of the Valley for (4) days!! Love the location of this property, it’s literally a 10 minute walk into town. This property has everything a person would need. I felt safe and comfortable. I would say 1 thing, the bed is interesting. Maybe it’s was just my experience, but the bed seemed to dip in the middle into two seperate levels? In any case, along with Prescotts perfect summer weather, there are many good places in town to eat; one of the places I chose was Rocco’s in the square! Roccos has the best Italian sodas and cheesecake ever! A visit is a must! Sandwiches are pretty amazing too! Thank you Randy and Suzanne, I would definitely stay at your property again!

Home Away from Home

Property was immaculate and inviting. Owner provided complimentary snacks, water and coffee. Also provided shampoo, conditioner, and body wash! Bed felt like heaven to sleep on, and neighborhood seems safe and charming. Would definitely recommend to other travelers looking to getaway for the weekend or stay a while.

Historic Home

We stayed in the left side of this landmark home. The parking is in the back. It was very cute, there were nice personal touches in the home. It was clean, comfortable and in a great location. Whiskey Row was nearby and there are lots of eating options. There is a laundromat in walking distance. We had a very nice stay!

Cozy and cute

This cottage was perfect for our stay in Prescott. The location is very convenient regardless of your plans for the day. The size and amenities were just right for two of us. We loved it!

We are an international retired couple living right here in beautiful Prescott, minutes away. We moved to Prescott 4 years ago from Michigan and enjoy our 4 sons, 3 labradoodles, and a great community of friends in this beautiful historic town. We love to fly and drive to many of the great destinations nearby. The year round comfortable weather without extreme temperatures is an added benefit as well.
