Great location, walking distance to PB eateries and bars. Very comfortable corner unit with airflow from 2 sides!

A bit dated, but the view is epic. Great communication and wonderful staff. My favorite place to stay when visiting Pacific/Mission Beach area

This and unit has the best view of the beach and also the town. Close to everything and we enjoyed thoroughly

As expected and based on all the other reviews, the unit needs updating but the amazing panoramic ocean / city views make it well worth the stay.

Excellent location, gorgeous views and decent wifi! Great unit location! Felt safe theoughout stay. Mostly great stay - All Seasons was on it for information, access and clean rooms. Clear instructions throughout. Other Positives: Kitchen well organized. Towels decent weight and feel. Loved that there was a pool and hot tub nearby. Appreciated overflow parking options. Will stay again, happily!

As soon as we entered 1101 the Views were AMAZING!!! The condo could use some updating in the kitchen and bathrooms, but we came for the Views and were NOT disappointed!!!

Wonderful location - right on oceanfront

The location was amazing! The building and property not fancy and pretty basic, however fit our needs. The building is secure with elevators. This corner unit has many windows to enjoy the views of the ocean.

Amazing Views of Ocean and City

The views of the ocean and city were amazing. It was nice to have a kitchen and refrigerator to save money and not eat out all the time. Parking was free, which was also a bonus. It was nice to have a pool. It was an amazing experience and would definitely come again!

Beautiful View and good amenities

The view and ocean breezes were amazing. The beds were comfortable, hand soap, shampoo and conditioner were provided, the building and parking garage felt safe, and it's right on the boardwalk with the beach just steps away. The hot tub was wonderful. The views from the rooftop observation deck were amazing.

Would definitely recommend!

We recently vacationed with our 3 adult children and their families (total 8 adults and 6 kids ages 2-9) using units 607 (1 BR) and 2BR units 601, 710, and 1101. Our stay at Capri by the Sea could not have been better! All Seasons provided excellent documentation and communication from reservations thru check-in to check-out. The location was outstanding-the bit quieter part of Pacific Beach but easily walkable to restaurants, shops and activities. We all loved the beach views and access, and each unit had 2 beach chairs, an umbrella and various beach toys. The units were clean, tastefully decorated and the building and grounds were well maintained and secure. All Seasons onsite rep Dylan was extremely helpful, from ensuring one unit had pack & play crib and high chair to assisting us with alternative parking when our crossover SUV vehicle did not fit into our assigned spot (607 spot is small-all other spots accommodated our SUV's and minivan). Dylan's attention to detail and focus on customer service was greatly appreciated! This was a “bucket list” vacation for my wife and I-we couldn't be happier with our experience and would definitely recommend!
