Best location in Pacific Beach! Property is exactly as pictured. Loved the security with the key fobs for the parking, elevator, and pool. The views from the full wall of windows is amazing! We enjoyed our stay!

Great property just steps inside of boardwalk. Clean and nicely decorated. Parking was a breeze. Assigned parking in secured private lots. The check in process with Fabi was so easy, quick and friendly. We were on the second floor with a perfect full view of the beach from north to the south. Nearby shopping and restaurants and bars allowed us to easily walk to from our location. Host responded very promptly to any questions I had before my arrival. Our stay was so nice , I didn’t want to leave. We hope to be coming back in the future!

The place was very nice, and you could hear the ocean with doors open and screens closed. It was really fantastic.

Great overall experience. Plenty of space, comfy beds. TV was a little hard to figure out, but we didn’t use it much anyway. Property is in excellent location. Highly recommended. My only suggestion would be to somehow work out something to make beach toys/accessories available. Like have a pool of items on hand and for a fee have them in the room. That’s about it. While family loved this place and we’d stay here again. Thank you so much!

Beautiful view of beach and surfers

Lovely older suite with amazing views and a pool and hot tub behind the property. Lots of food in walking distance, but not many vegetarian options.

Condo 205 provided a beautiful view of the beach and sunsets. The furniture and beds were comfortable. Bathrooms were spacious enough and shower water pressure and temperature were excellent. Kitchen was well stocked, although salt and pepper, accessible Tupperware containers, and a few bag clips would have been a nice addition. Parking was easy and the condo building was secured with the use of key fobs for entry and elevator use. Note: elevator use is required to get to and from the second floor, as the stairs were alarmed for emergency use only. The condo listing does not state that it has air conditioning, but it would be helpful to guests to emphasize that it does NOT have air conditioning. The temperature in the condo was still comfortable because we were able to leave the screened doors and back windows open for a cross breeze, but that meant the parking lot street light, and the noise from the early morning trash collection and beach cleaners disturbed our sleep. We did not use the outdoor heated pool that is available for condo guests to use as it is located at a separate building (within walking distance) and did not provide towels for guests to use. The rooftop area provided a clear view of the beach and town, but it did not have an inviting vibe for us, as it only had a couple of chairs, and we did not need to use the BBQ grill that was there. Everyone we encountered was friendly and we truly enjoyed the close proximity to the shops, restaurants, & bars.
