Open concept living! Amazing backyard with built-in gas grilling station, above ground POOL, Outdoor shower, fully fenced yard and 1/2 basketball court! Walking distance to Fantasy Island amusement/water park, Bay Village shopping, Restaurants, The Surf Light Theater, the Showplace Ice Cream Shop to name a few! This home has it all! Layout: Sun drenched 1st Floor with charming sun porch and open Floor Plan, first floor full bath and laundry. 2nd Floor with 3 Bedrooms (2 have Queen Size Bed and one with twin over Full bunk) and 2 full bathroom. Private stairway leads to 3rd floor bedroom with 4 twin beds.

Amazing Home & Perfect Location

This is an absolutely gorgeous home and has everything you need for your stay in LBI. Only 2 blocks from the beach and walking distance to all the best restaurants and attractions. The owners were extremely nice and accommodating. We couldn’t have been happier!

Tons of Fun and Location the Best!

The owners have everything there for you from fun toys, games and many other surprises inside and out. The house is extremely well kept and you can't beat the location to the beach, shops and great places to eat! Of course, we have to talk about the big pool - an extreme plus for children and adults! This is a rare find!! The owners answer all questions very quickly. You feel very special at their beautiful place. This is a real gem on LBI!

Great stay in Beach Haven

The owners were super responsive and helpful - particularly when we were keen for a slightly earlier check-in. The house has an awesome location and the patio is great for summer evenings. Our toddler loved the pool and outdoor shower. Would love to return.

We share it with you because we have a very busy life raising our 3 amazing kids, so we can't get there as much as we would like to. We hope our guests feel at home... comfortable, relaxed, and AWAY. We are easy to communicate with and love hearing from our guests, so please drop us a line anytime!

We are in love with the CHARM factor of this home. We love all things pre-war. Beautiful hard wood floors, crown moldings, pocket doors, beautiful stairway railings, solid walls for privacy. BUT we also love updated and clean amenities (bathrooms & kitchens). We created a space that has both! We did this for our family and to share with our guests. We hope everyone enjoys it as much as we do.
