House is nice and located great for Seaside and the beach… everything about the house is nice except one complaint: for this much money, you shouldnt have cheap sleeping materials. The pillows are like flat pancakes, mattresses are cheap, and bedspreads and comforters feel/look dirty. The most experienced part of any rental is the bed… unfortunate to have that part negatively impact a vacation.

Wonderful house in Seaside!

We enjoyed our short weekend away at this lovely house in Seaside. It is perfectly located downtown, within a short walking distance to everything! We especially loved the hot tub for relaxing in.

Fantastic Stay in Seaside

Lovely home just minutes away from the Promenade. Great accommodations, comfortable, newly renovated, communicative hosts and close to Seaside, Cannon Beach and many hiking trails.

Great beach house

My family really enjoyed our stay. The hot tub was great, we used the BBQ, it was within walking distance to everything, and the house was really nice and really well stocked. Overall I loved the place and I really hope our family can stay there again next summer.

Calming, peaceful retreat

The house was beautifully, updated and set up for a perfect weekend or extended stay. It was a easy walk to the beach and to downtown highly recommended.

Birthday Weekend

We had a wonderful stay. Adorable home. Host are prompt wonderful with communication. Home was a short walk to the beach and promenade. We will definitely be back!

Close location!

Very clean home with nice fire pit and hot tub in the back yard. Really liked being able to park behind house with a secure gate. Short walking distance to everything!

Birthday Weekend

This was such a great spot for our family to spend the weekend celebrating our youngest turning 5. It was close to the promenade and downtown, Funland is only a block away and the kids LOVED that. The house has a great layout and was very clean. Seaside is our favorite coastal city to visit and we’ll definitely be back again.

Incredible Location

If you want to be in the heart of seaside without having to stay in one of the massive and overcrowded hotels you can't do better than this. We have 4 young kids all under 10 years old and they loved this place. The location was close enough for even our young kids to easily walk to the beach and all the nearby shops. The house itself was clean and spacious. Would love to stay here again in the future.

Grandsons first time to Seaside

The house and location were great! Just a block away from the Beach and town. The only thing the place missed was a microwave, broom, dustpan and blow dryer. Everything else was great

Seaside getaway

It was amazing! The property is in a beautiful location, you are right next to the ocean. The house is much bigger than I expected. The backyard is awesome to hang in. It was a 10/10 my entire family loved it.

We truly enjoyed our stay at this lovely Seaside vacation rental!What we loved:•Bright, welcoming home with beautiful natural light from the large front windows.•Up to date bathrooms that were exceptionally clean and stocked with plenty of towels.•The large, gated front porch was one of our favorite features. It gave the kids a safe place to play while we could comfortably keep an eye on them.•The toys and puzzles were a wonderful touch and greatly appreciated by our children.•Having a washer and dryer made our stay much more convenient.•Fantastic location with easy access to Broadway and the beach.•Kathy was friendly, easy to reach, and responded promptly whenever we had questions.A few small suggestions:•A rubber bath mat for the enamel tub would help make it a little safer since it can be slippery.•A bath mat outside the shower would be a nice addition.•A curtain or shade on the kitchen window would provide a bit more privacy.•A little more living room seating would make the space even cozier for groups of six.•A printed copy of the digital guidebook would be helpful for guests who prefer a paper reference.Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would happily recommend this home. Thank you for sharing your lovely home with us! With just a few small additions, it would be even more comfortable for future guests.

Perfect!

The location was so close to downtown seaside, we never needed to drive once we got to the house. The hot tub was clean and warm. We had wonderful parking behind the gate of the home. Communication with the owner was quick and easy. I can’t wait to book again!

Great location for Team Builder!

We stayed at this home after running the Hood to Coast relay and SO appreciated the location to finish line. It was easy to go to the house, shower, and return to the party on the beach. The fire pit and hot tub were both awesome to be able to enjoy. This home was very clean and well stocked with amenities. Would love to visit again soon! Great communication from hosts that clearly care about this home and the satisfaction of their guests.
