Melanie was quick to respond to all questions. Her home is located in a nice safe quiet neighborhood within walking distance to several quaint breakfast places (one is literally located at the corner and a 2-min walk) and the downtown area. Easy to access home from the back porch with a code. The beds are comfortable and there’s everything that you would need for your stay. There is a nice seating area in the backyard with a fire pit for guests to use. The decor is charming. The primary bedroom is quite large for an older historic home, with a walk-in closet and double sink vanity in the bath. The rooms get quite dark because of blackout curtains, which was awesome for adults needing a good night’s rest. One of the photos shows an image of a bedroom with a queen-size bed very closely situated to a full bath but the home has since rearranged that setup. Instead that queen bed is actually located in a separate room with a door that opens to a nice office space and bathroom. I considered it to be the second primary bedroom. The photo does not do the space justice. It is a much larger space than shown. Parking is on the street, but there was no problem getting spots in front of the home even with 3 cars (Please note the high curbs with opening car doors)We never moved our cars the entire stay because everything was walkable to Prescott restaurants, bars, and shops. If you like boutique shopping, you will especially enjoy this location.Whiskey Row was only a 10-min walk.
