Prescott, a year-round haven, offers an array of activities, from the Prescott Frontier Days Rodeo in July to special events on Halloween, the Veterans Day parade, Thanksgiving, the enchanting Lighting of the Courthouse in early December, and festive Christmas celebrations. Kitchen: The kitchen boasts a comprehensive inventory, ensuring you have everything you might need for your culinary endeavors. Essential appliances, including a refrigerator, microwave, dual coffee maker, oven, and stove, stand ready to assist in crafting delicious meals. The dining table overlooks the front yard, perfect for viewing the wildlife.

Master Bedroom: Unwind in this cozy bedroom, featuring King size bed, bedside tables, dresser, lamps and Smart TV. There is additional storage in the walk-in closet.

Bedroom 2: Relax in this bedroom, featuring a queen size bed, bedside tables, closet and lamps. It offers a serene retreat after a day of adventures.

Bedroom 3: This bedroom features two twin size beds, bedside table, lamps and closet. Perfect for kids!

Master Bathroom: This bathroom boasts a walk-in shower, double sink vanity and toilet. It comes fully stocked with all the essentials, including towels, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash.

Bathroom 2: It features a shower/tub combo, vanity and toilet. It comes fully stocked with all the essentials, including towels, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash.

Laundry area: A washer and dryer are available for your convenience. They are located off the living room.

OUTSIDE
Smokey Pine Retreat offers a beautiful outdoor setting for sunrise or sunset. The front yard consists of native plants and multiple seating areas. The fully fenced patio allows guests to enjoy their morning coffee. There is a wood burning fire pit with adirondack chairs for evening smores. The backyard is fully fenced. It features a bistro table, bbq grill, outdoor furniture and a hot tub.

BEFORE BOOKING please note that if your reservation requires additional guest fees and/or pet fees of $115, these fees will NOT be shown at time of booking. These fees will be added AFTER you have booked and you have paid the amount due at that time. It’s the guest`s responsibility to let us know within 48 hours of booking if there are any pets, service animals or additional guests that weren’t originally listed at the time of booking. Changes made to the reservation after 48 hours of time of booking are subject to a $35 change of reservation fee in addition to the pet fee and/or additional guest fee. Once a property manager has reviewed your reservation, these fees will be manually added. See below for more information on additional guest fees, pet fees and the policies on these matters.

VACATION CODE OF HONOR: Only registered guests are permitted to enjoy the property, home and amenities at all times. Please do not jeopardize your stay by permitting guests and/or visitors other than those listed on your agreement. As a courtesy to our neighbors, we adhere to, abide by the Golden Rule.
