Location is great, however the condo was not very clean, floors were not mopped, furniture and carpets are very stained. The pictures on the listing are deceiving. Parking is very tight, if you have an SUV over a mid size it is impossible.

The carpet is very stained and dirty. The cloth furniture is poor, stained, and dirty looking. Guest bathroom door sticks and makes lots of noise. The main bathroom floor makes a lot of noise. It has potential to be a very nice rental but needs the above fixed.

Perfect Tybee Family vacation spot

This charming condo has been recently renovated. The location is steps away from the beach, shops and restaurants. The place was clean, beds were comfy and the Wi-Fi worked great! We can’t wait to come back!

Great condo, very spacious and accommodates a family well. The property manager answered all questions quickly. Planning on staying again.

Tournament

VRBO was clean. Parking in garage is extremely tight. Great views off the porch, would be nice if ceiling fans out there. Just a few short blocks to the downtown area. Beach access is easy; beach clean. Would stay here again.

Great place, great location!

I wanted to drink coffee and watch the sun rise over the ocean. This place was perfect for that! Beach front, great larger place with the 3 rooms and the 2 baths. Walk to the restaurants also what I wanted. Park and be done. Clean and nice. The 75" tv is great for football too! We would stay there again.

From the moment we arrived things kept breaking in the condo from poor maintenance. The owner really needs to make sure the property is properly maintained, I was hoping to have a relaxing vacation but I was having to worry about being on my phone to try and get someone out to fix appliances in the unit. The first day the toilet would not stop running, they sent someone out and didn’t even fix it, every time we went to use the toilet we had to lift the back lid and stick our hand in the back of it to make it flush. The next day microwave would not stop beeping so my husband had to un plug it every time we wanted to use it. The dishwasher would not even get hot water to it so the pods would not clean the dishes. The day after that the entire primary bedroom carpet was soaked from the a/c unit and it was leaking into the under parking area. I left a message online and called and it took an HOA member seeing the water leak in the garage to finally send someone out. The solution was to just place fans with cords running through the primary bedroom and bathroom to try and dry the carpet. I am very disappointed because this unit was not cheap and all they could say was we are sorry. I will definitely be staying with southern belle properties next time.

Beautiful Condo

This was our first time to Tybee Island. We are a family of four (dad, mom and two young adult children). The location was great, very short walk and easy walk to the beach. The condo was so pretty! I want whoever decorated it to decorate my house. The rental was managed by Tybee Vacation Rentals and they were fabulous! The only hiccup was our 20 year old daughter got stung pretty bad by a jellyfish on day one. Needless to say every time we went in the water we were scared. Make sure to have vinegar with you in case the lifeguards are not on duty. Lucky for us they were and they spayed her with vinegar to try to deactivate the stinging. If you drive, the parking garage is very tight, which they warn you about. This condo is very close to Savannah so we went there to eat and explore a few days. I highly recommend taking a trolley tour to learn about the history of Savannah. When I booked this condo it didn't have many reviews so I was nervous but we really enjoyed our stay and the rental company was wonderful. Great location, decorated by a pro, and wonderful and friendly service from the rental company.

Blakey Family Summer Beach Getaway - Best Ever

The 3-bedroom condo was noticeably clean when we 1st checked in. Consequently, the carpet looked like it had been just recently cleaned. There were no stains on the bedroom floors. The bathrooms were spotless, and we were ready to enjoy the condo as soon as we checked in. The cleanliness of our condo exceeded our expectations. The beds were very comfortable, the view from the wrap-around deck was just as advertised. This was a spectacular view of the ocean. The hi-chairs on the deck made it easy to enjoy the sounds of the ocean all day and night. Dolphin Watch is a hidden gem, and honestly, we didn't want to leave it. Just for the record, this is from a male perspective. I made the reservation, and I knew what I was getting from the quality of the reviews listed, and the photos that were advertised. Great food within walking distance. For those future travelers who are looking for a quick get-away, and a safe clean place to stay, Dolphin Watch is highly recommended. We are going back in the spring and will probably make this an annual tradition for our family. Check-in was just putting the code in the door, and you are in. The kitchen table could easily seat 8 family members. Consequently, all our meals were enjoyed on the deck. We just could not get enough of the ocean air. I will be frank; this is the best beach vacation we have ever had. It was a bit pricey, but it was worth every dollar we spent. My family is still talking about this trip to Tybee. Just go see it.

Fantastic stay! Condo and location were absolutely perfect! Super easy access to the beach and great beach views from the porch. Beds were very comfortable and the inside of the condo was very clean overall. The condo was well stocked with towels, kitchen items. Dishwasher may not be working as well as needed. Dishes were somewhat dirty. It may just be time to upgrade this. Porch was not cleaned prior to our arrival but the inside of the condo was very clean. We had a minor plumbing issue and when reported this was fixed quickly with no inconvenience to us. Despite the minor issues, we would rebook in a heartbeat! I had read about the parking spots being tight. This is definitely true but we were able to fit a Chevy Tahoe in. It could not have been a tighter fit but it will allow that size SUV in the spots with some careful maneuvering. There were also 2 parking spots which was very helpful for us!

Everything was great with the unit. It was clean and in a good location. What wasn’t great was the other party who walked into our unit at 10:30pm, on our last night there, claiming they were supposed to be checking in. I think they were mistaken with their dates and were actually supposed to check in the following day. WHY DID THEY HAVE A CODE THAT OPENED THE DOOR ON MY FAMILY? When this happened, I called the emergency number and was assured someone would get back to me. No one responded until the next morning, apologizing but offering no assurance of our safety.
