Welcome to our Direct Oceanfront Ocean One Villa, which is professionally managed by me, the owner, CHUCK 'from' HILTONHEADSCRENTALS.

You will not find a Villa on Hilton Head Island with a better unobstructed, panoramic and direct Ocean View! This lovely Penthouse sits on the top floor of a five story complex located next to Coligny Plaza. Enjoy the full Oceanview over miles of water and hear the waves crashing.

There are two separate oceanfront balconies... one off of the main living room and the other adjoining the master bedroom. The building has elevator access with luggage carts.This 1280 sq ft villa features a fully furnished kitchen, sizable living and dining area, two spacious bedrooms and two full baths, as well as a queen-size sleeper sofa. The master bedroom has a king sized bed while the second bedroom is furnished with a queen sized bed.

Pets are not allowed and this is a non smoking unit. This property is located in the popular Forest Beach area with miles of paved bike and walking paths right across the street. Walk (or take the elevator) downstairs to the beach or beautifully maintained pool surrounded by manicured lawns and landscaping. Walk next door to the Holiday Inn where you can rent beach equipment, grab lunch at the poolside grill or enjoy your favorite beverage at the outdoor Tiki Hut. Coligny Plaza is a short walk away and famous for it's over 60 shops and restaurants. An abundant amount of top quality island golf courses are minutes away. Its the perfect location for a perfect vacation!

Conditions: This unit is a non-smoking Villa with no pets allowed. 30% Deposit plus refundable security (1st time guests only) required to reserve. Must be occupied by an Adult 25 years or older. All Rates include cleaning services. 11% South Carolina tax additional.

Family and Friends Trip

Perfect location to stay on the island. Beautiful views, easy beach access and walkable to lots of shops and restaurants at Coligny. The music from the Tiki Hut was an added bonus! We would stay here again.

Perfect location - amazing view!

This villa was perfect for our family with teens. The view can’t be beat. The pool and beach were very clean and not overly crowded. The walk to town location made everything so easy. The villa was very clean and spacious. Chuck the owner was very attentive and helpful. It was nice to be able to walk next door to the tiki hut for a cool drink while on the beach. This villa was everything we were looking for - we will definitely be back!

Overall the stay was good. The unit was in good condition with amble space. The parking was a problem - needs to have lines with designated unit numbers. The owner was good to check on everyone and everything.

Excellent Experience!

We enjoyed our week in this unit! The view was spectacular! The condo was fully equipped with everything we needed, and was beautifully decorated. The live music from next door added a nice touch in the evenings while we relaxed on the large patio. We love visiting Hilton Head every chance we get, and will plan future visits around the availability of 505 Ocean One!!!!!

Excellent property + Excellent location = Awesome Vacation

Having never visited the southern end of Hilton Head, I shopped reviews very carefully before selecting Ocean One 505. Everything everyone has posted is true. Unit was clean and spacious. Chuck called to insure everything was in order. View was excellent, as was the convenience of being able to walk to stores and eateries. The live music next door was a welcome addition for our family, and we could watch the band from our balcony. Would definitely recommend , and look forward to booking this unit again.

Great Vacation!

Could not have asked for a better vacation and location! Love the personal touch of owner popping in and making sure we had everything needed to make our vacation wonderful! Visiting HHI for many years

Our family has been vacationing in HH for many years. What we love is a smooth, trouble free vacation. From the time we hit the "send button", Chuck was excellent in communication, paperwork, and information to get us going. Our trip this year was BY FAR the best experience to date. Folks, location, location, location. This property located direct waterfront and on the fifth floor offers the best of the best. The elevator is great, parking steps away from the elevator and the property has large hotel luggage racks that you can take from the parking lot right up to the door at the unit. This unit has the best views of the pool and the ocean. The fifth floor offers great sunrise views overlooking the pool and ocean. When staying on an island you should hear the ocean. Just open the slider in the living room and feel the ocean breeze and listen to the waves at the beach. Awesome!!! Our kids rented bikes and off they went to shopping, to restaurants and sights all along the Coligney area. The condo is totally as described and more! When looking to rent, look no further- take it from someone who knows the island inside and out. Thank you Chuck for offering this property and look forward in booking again. Mike and Cathy D.

Ocean One unit 505

We recently stayed at Ocean One unit 505 ocean view June4/10th everything met our expectations modern clean plenty of room. The pool area was excellent and all of the surrounding ground were immaculate. Chuck was great to work with keeping in touch to make sure everything was going well for us. I would definitely rent one of Chucks units again.

Exactly as described

We're on day 5 of a 7 day stay in Ocean One and are already plotting our next visit. Condo is exactly as described on VRBO and owner, Chuck, made the booking process very easy. Condo was very clean, well stocked with everything we needed and the view was magnificent. My only concern before we came was comments about Tiki Hut next door and the loud music. We really like our solitude and listening to ocean waves. But we were not bothered by the music and I have to say I actually enjoyed it. Each evening they had different singers and bands and we enjoyed sitting on the balcony listening to the music and the waves. One of the things we looked for was proximity to the beach. Many locations on HHI though "directly on the beach" requires a fairly long walk through the dunes to the beach. Ocean One has a very short and easy boardwalk, maybe 75-100 feet, to the beach. Umbrella and chair rentals are right there, but are a little expensive, $35 a day for 2 chairs and one umbrella. We brought a pop up tent and our own chairs which gave us a lot more shade and way more comfortable. But back to room 505, we will definitely come back.

Impossible to Beat!!!!

Our family had the most magnificent stay in this Villa! It was everything as advertised and the owners were such a pleasure to deal with. I noticed some recent reviews about live music next door at the Holiday inn. Too each their own. We thoroughly enjoyed it! Its what the beach is all about. My guess is that you can hear music (and the sound of the ocean by the way) from all the Ocean Front Villa's in this complex. If you want a Villa that is very well maintained, has incredible views and owners who know how to make their guests comfortable, then you can't go wrong staying here. We will be back!!

Location is stellar

Had the most wonderful time here. The location and the view is unbeatable. Access to the beach was marvelous, as well as the square nearby One thing, is that you can hear the live music from the Holiday Inn, this did not bother us though Chuck was so gracious and checked in on us. The condo has everything that you need We hope to return soon

Relaxing vacation

Our group of 3 all had different reasons for enjoying our stay at Chuck's place. My sister enjoyed the access to the beach (so close we didn't bring a cooler to the beach; we just popped back to the condo), I enjoyed being able to walk to every meal and never repeating a restaurant (try Chow Daddy's - it was delicious) , my husband enjoyed the wifi and being able to sit on the balcony and just relax. The only thing I want to make sure everyone in the future knows is that you can hear the music from the Holiday Inn Tiki Bar. It didn't bother us but just a heads up. On the plus side you can enjoy live music and watch some of the beach volleyball without having to spend $6 on a can of beer (which is what it cost!) and never leave your balcony. Chuck was very on top of everything as we had a small snafu with the parking permit. I would have no hesitation renting this property again or recommending it to our friends and family.

Great Location

We really loved this condo. The location was excellent and we could walk to restaurants, shops and stores. The space is very comfortable and roomy. The owners are very friendly and quick to response to any questions you may have. The best amenity was the beautiful ocean view! We will be back in the future.

Great Vacation at Ocean One

We love Ocean One! The view is amazing and is a short walk to the pool and beach. It was a pleasure to work with Chuck and he is so organized and friendly! The wifi connection was a big plus for a teenager.

Fabulous Oceanfront Condo

Ocean One is our favorite place to stay on Hilton Head. We have previously rented other condos on the island, but once we found Ocean One and this 5th floor location, it is the one place we prefer to stay. The views are spectacular, and the pool and ocean are right outside your door. The condo has been renovated with many beautiful upgrades since our last stay. Even though it is just two of us, we love having two full baths, a full service kitchen, and lots of room to spread out and relax. There are always plenty of towels and kitchen and bath necessities. It is such a convenient location with Coligny Plaza an easy walk and close proximity to grocery stores. We always rent bikes for the week and they get dropped off and picked up at Ocean One. Once you have your bikes it is a great location for riding on the beach and easy entrance to bike paths all around the island. Each time we visit we try new restaurants and go back to our favorites like The Boathouse, Black Marlin, Pelican Point, SanMiguel and Crazy Crab. Our favorite golf courses are Trent Jones, Indigo Run and The Country Club of Hilton Head. We have enjoyed working with Chuck over the years and will definitely rent Ocean One when we return. Our real dream is to make Hilton Head our permanent home.

Great Week at a great location

Over all we found the condo to be spot on as to what we had been told by other renter reviews and the owner as well. Chuck makes this rental so easy and is so prepared that our stay was one of the best we have found on the East Coast. Walking distance to great food, shopping and entertainment with a great pool and beach area. We will be returning.

Fantastic week!

My wife and myself, along with our daughter and grand daughter just returned from a weeks stay in one of the most amazing condos we have ever stayed in. Amazing because of the accommodatios, the equalled view, location, and ownership. Chuck, the owner, will go out of his way to ensure you have everything you need and even called to see how we were enjoying our vacation. Once you stay at this condo, your search is over and like us, you will return!

Awesome vacation

My husband and i just had an amazing week at this fantastic condo. It is in the perfect location and i felt at home the minute we arrived. Chuck, the owner, could not have beem more accommodating with all of our questions. The grounds and condi were immaculate and kept beautiful. You will also love the pool as well as how close you are to the beach
