Nolin Cabin Experience w/ Hot Tub

Welcome to the Ponderosa! Nestled by the lake, this retreat boasts an Amish-built cabin, a kitchen house, and a two-bed bunkhouse, all linked by an expansive wrap-around deck for entertainment and relaxation. We've added a cozy screened deck, perfect for rainy days. It's an ideal, quaint setup for family getaways. The property features a wide walking trail to the redline, private gated entry, and ample parking. Nearby Ponderosa and Wax Marinas offer boat rentals and docks. The main cabin includes an upstairs master bedroom with a queen-sized memory foam bed and a comfortable full-sized memory foam sofa bed downstairs, alongside the only bathroom. The bunkhouse has one full bed and a large bunk bed with two full mattresses, complete with linens and towels. The kitchen house/dining area is fully equipped for all your culinary needs. Note that multiple stairs provide access to the buildings, which may be difficult for those with mobility issues. The cabins are secluded, offering privacy off a small road. Enjoy a charcoal grill (charcoal not included), a fire pit for evening gatherings and s’mores (firewood not provided), and a 6-person hot tub. While Wifi and TV streaming are limited, each building has an HDTV and DVD player. Cell service is reliable, and TVs can mirror your phone for streaming or play your DVDs. Dogs are welcome, with a limit of two pets. Guests have full access to the property, including the trail to the water's red line (a 9-minute walk). Be mindful of ticks outside the cabin and yard, as trails in the woods can overgrow. Additionally, there's a neighborhood dock and picnic area just an 8-minute walk away.
