Sip coffee in the two Adirondack chairs in the front yard. Walk to restaurants, cafes, and shops. Explore the nearby Historic Village of Arroyo Grande or venture out to local wineries. Head just minutes to Pismo Beach and the Pismo Dunes.

Two sofas and a smart TV set the scene for relaxation in the living area. Gather for a family movie night in the bonus lounge, outfitted with a sofa, two armchairs, and a 65-inch smart TV. Let the musicians in your group entertain with the guitar and piano. The sparkling kitchen has a full suite of appliances and helpful gadgets. You'll also have access to reverse osmosis drinking water which provides greater filtering and convenience.

Rest peacefully in the primary suite, complete with a California king bed, smart TV, direct yard access, and an en suite bathroom with a walk-in shower.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
