'Whata Gift' describes the true beauty of this comfortable, livable OCEANFRONT vacation home. Updated with brightly colored rooms and relaxed seating, this home openly invites its guests to enjoy their stay. Each bedroom has a flat-screen television and the house has WI-FI. The fully-equipped, spacious kitchen is inviting to large family dinners, or BBQ on the charcoal grill on the concrete carport complete with a picnic table and chairs. We have beach at low and high tides with an access within 50 steps of our home. Oceanfront decks on each end of the house. We provide the linens, so no need to over pack. We follow COVID health measures. The cleaners sanitize the house with disinfectant between rentals.

The home sits oceanfront to crisp ocean breezes and Carolina blue skies. Across the street, public sidewalks and roadways easily transport you on a leisure walk to a nearby community park. Just a short ride to enjoy area shops, amusements, or the local pier.

Our family holds many great memories at this wonderful home, and we invite you to come and create your own memories. 'Whata Gift' is a family adventure waiting to happen.

We enjoyed the house and the decks provide a great view. The location of this home on the beach is wonderful. Wide beautiful beach just outside the door.

The house was at a great location. When we arrived it was clean and check in was very easy. Dealing with Connie was so easy. We had several little things but once Connie was contacted they were taken care of quickly and efficiently. The outdoor furniture could use a little updating but honestly being tight on the beach I feel like the wear and tear on it is probably a lot. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay here again.

We could not have asked for a better experience! The house was clean and had exactly what we needed. The views from either deck were outstanding. Ocean Isle is one of the cleanest beaches we have ever visited. The hosts are very communicative, flexible and welcoming. Looking forward to visiting again!

This was a great stay. We chose this property for the accessibility to the beach and it worked out wonderfully. The house was clean and had everything we needed, the bed was comfortable and the owners were great communicators and very flexible. Would stay again for sure

Very nice beach house, well stocked. Incredible view from the master bed - you just want to lay there all day! Plus there's plenty of outdoor seating on the various decks to enjoy the ocean while having some privacy from other guests, or switch decks from AM to PM depending if you want to follow the sun or hide from it. Beach itself is very clean and plenty of sand now. Beds and linens are all nice. You can see both sunrise (a bit obstructed by the house next to it) and sunset (unobstructed) over the ocean, as the house faces south. It's maybe 4 miles away from "town" near the end of the island, which makes it quiet but not convenient to shopping/food.

Great house and location

We have stayed here before but feel like the place was even better the second time. The beach has been significantly expanded in front of the house

This is an amazing location and a great house. Definitely hoping to stay again in the future! Down away from all the noise and the part of beach was much less crowded. They have tons of chairs and beach stuff available. Lotssss of parking. And everything else you need for a great stay. Nice hosts and easy to communicate with.

Perfect Spring Break

House, beach, and town were perfect combo. We could relax or do activities and switch modes easily. The owners have taken great care in the accommodations & guest experience. They were a joy to rent from and the house and location were fantastic.

Great house for all

This is a great house and works well for all ages. The gate on the porch helps keep the toddlers in (😄) and the view is stunning for the adults! This end of the island is truly a treasure, our favorite by far.

Quiet getaway

We loved everything about this house. Plenty of space for 12 people without feeling cramped or on top of one another. Great location, loads of outdoor space, very equipped kitchen, awesome views. Would def recommend!!

Perfect vacation week

Property was clean upon arrival and exactly as described. Location to beach is unbeatable- so convenient with little kids and frequent trips back and forth from the beach. Great outdoor space on decks to enjoy and still feel “on the beach”while babies napping and perfect for morning coffee and evening dinners. We will definitely be back!

Great location and house for multi family trip!

This was our family’s first time visiting OIB and we loved this rental property! The location next to the public access was incredibly convenient, and having porch options on either side of the house worked well to always have a shady, breezy spot no matter what time of day it was. The home is well-stocked and had plenty of supplies and amenities.

Our family of 11 had a wonderful time staying at “What a Gift”. Perfect accommodations and location.

Convenient beach access and the little park was nice. Connie was very easy to work with and went above and beyond to answer any question. She even mailed our left behind bed pillows to us. Highly recommend this property!! We loved it!

Horton family

Our family takes a trip every other year, we have started going to different beaches . Our favorite until now has been Oak island, but our favorite is now ocean isle . This house was absolutely amazing and very easy process.

Wonderful home on the beach

We used to bring our kids who are all adults now to Ocean Isle Beach when they were younger. We have never stayed on this end of Ocean Isle Beach but absolutely love it! The home is well-kept and well appropriated and offers ample deck space for meals outside in the sun or shade! The beds were comfy and kitchen well stocked! Having linens included was a plus!
