On the main level, you'll find an open floor plan, king ensuite with a spa-like bath, laundry, and a half bath.
Upstairs you'll find 3 more bedrooms, including a second king suite with attached bath, a queen bedroom, and a bedroom with 2 queens. A spacious shared full bathroom with a shower over the tub finishes off the second floor.
Enjoy a game of cards or kick back and relax in the open loft area at the top of the stairs.
The large deck with gas BBQ serves at the perfect spot to gather and soak up the Sunriver sun or relax in the hot tub. The garage also has ping pong and foosball for a little competitive fun!
AGE RESTRICTIONS: Guests must be 23 years or older to rent Bennington homes and the person reserving must occupy the home the whole reservation.
