Comfortable Family Beach House, Steps from the Beach

For a relaxing, low-key beach get-away with family and friends, this is the perfect place. This beach house is clean, comfortable and cozy - set up for relaxing with every possible amenity including a fully equipped kitchen, outdoor patio, lounging area and BBQ island with seating for 8, covered outdoor dining and expansive decks. Down comforters and mattress/pillow protectors on each bed and a clean, private hot tub in the fenced yard. This is a place you can get away to relax, recharge, make great memories with your family and friends.
IMPORTANT NOTE:
THIS PROPERTY DOES NOT ALLOW PARTIES OR LOUD NOISE. Several nearby neighbors are full time residents and would be adversely impacted by noise from this property. Unfortunately, this beach house is not the right choice if your group is planning a gathering beyond the stated guest limit of 8. We value a positive relationship with our neighbors. Large or noisy gatherings just won’t work, however this is the PERFECT place for an affordable, LOW-KEY, relaxing beach get-away with your family and friends.

Located in Stinson Beach Village just 15 steps from the beach. Upstairs bedroom and deck have ocean and beach views. Nicely appointed, comfortable, two story family home with large, flat enclosed sunny yard. Comfortable seating on the patio and expansive decks, just a few houses back from the beach. Open floor pattern and multiple french and sliding doors encourage easy indoor/outdoor living and dining. Pets Are Negotiable.

Amenities: Garden, Outdoor hot/cold shower, Expansive Decks and patios, Hot Tub, Enclosed yard, 1 Propane Fireplace, Gas BBQ, Weber Grill, BBQ Tools, Central Heating, additional space heater upstairs, 5-Burner Gas KitchenAid Range, Double Oven, Microwave, Washer/Dryer, Coffee Maker, Coffee Grinder, Toaster, Blender, Food Processor, KitchenAid mixmaster, 5 TVs (Cable), 4 DVD Players, Bluetooth Music Player, Wireless High Speed Internet. Parking for 2 cars inside gate.

Outdoor Equipment: Dining Table and chairs on both upper and lower decks, 5 Lounges, Hammock, Ping pong table, 4 Adirondack chairs. Comfortable sofa and chairs on patio near BBQ.
Bedrooms: King Bed upstairs, King and Queen bedrooms down the hall and two Twin/Full bunk bed sets in the back bedroom.
Bathrooms: Two full bathrooms downstairs, each with a tub/shower combination.

JUST PERFECT!
I wish I could keep this gem a secret, it is such a special home. Every detail has been thoughtfully taken care of (dishes (adult and children), cooking supplies, spices, sharp knives, ample dry food space for guest use, and most importantly SCREENS ON WINDOWS!). This is our second time in this home, and our third or fourth time renting from Karen. The linen quality of the sheets and duvets is impeccable, and the extra supply of garbage bags, zip locks, and laundry detergent is so thoughtful. If you think you forgot something, chances are she has it available. Don't forget to bring all your own beach gear - but the outside shower is the best. We used it all the time! The neighbors are wonderful even if they're England fans....we came during the Euro Cup. Thank you Karen for another wonderful week at the beach, memory making is so easy when we have Calle del Sierra as a home base.

Family get together
Great location close to downtown and stores. The beach is a couple doors down. Having the ocean breeze and the sound of the surf coming through the screen door at night brings back memories. My family grew up at Stinson Beach and it was the perfect location to have our family reunion. The house was everything we wanted and more thank you.

Wonderful home close to the sand on a quiet street
We loved this house. It was perfect for two families with kids and in addition to being super close to the beach, had at home entertainment (ping pong table and hot tub) for the kids on the cloudy days. The outdoor space is very comfortable to hang out and the indoors was big enough to handle all of us too. The beds were very comfortable as well, which is always a plus. We would stay here again.

Ocean vacation
Wonderful vacation. Home is perfect. Ocean, ping-pong, ocean, hammocks, ocean, hot tub, perfect outside couches with great umbrella. All wonderful and peaceful. Perfect home to enjoy a wonderful beach vacation. We loved our time in this home!

Birthday celebration
Six women celebrating a 60th birthday, was the perfect experience in this home. The property owner has everything, very organized, clean, and Will decorated. It was the perfect place to be, right next to the ocean. Thank you for your perfectly lovely home.

We have stayed at several houses at Stinson Beach and this is our favorite. Cozy, convenient, well appointed and comfortable and it has plenty of room to socialize both inside and out. I’d like to keep it a secret but the lovely hosts deserve all the kudos.

Perfect for families
This well-maintained property is well suited for semi-large gatherings. In addition to spacious indoor areas, the outdoor kitchen, dining deck, hot tub, hammocks and ping pong table bring it to the next level. We’re hoping to make this an annual tradition.

Wonderful!
The house is great and has everything you could want. 2 houses back from the beach, friendly neighbors and in an awesome location. The house is as pictured, comfortable beds, lots of towels and kitchen stuff. Karen was super communicative and responsive both before we arrived and once we were there. Would 100% stay again.

Birthday Weekend
Our family enjoyed this lovely Stinson Beach home. It really exceeded our expectations, inside and out! The home is spacious, comfortable beds and the kids were thrilled with the double bunks. They each chose the larger lower bunks! The kitchen was very well equipped and spotless throughout. The outside decks and patio are beautiful and so close to the beach! We hope to do this again. Thank you for sharing your lovely home!

Wonderful getaway
This home was perfect for our quick weekend getaway with our grown daughters. The house had everything we needed - incredibly stocked kitchen (kitchen aid mixer, parchment paper, spices...), games, hot tub, fire place.... Karen was great with communication. Our only complaint was our stay wasn't long enough. :)

Wonderful beach house
Comfortable house with plenty of outdoor space. Super cozy fireplace and lots of seating both indoors and outdoors. Well-stocked and everything was organized and labeled. Steps from the beach. Perfect location! Enjoyed the ocean view from the upstairs patio. Beautiful and super fun!

Great house, great location, amazing outdoor space!
What a great property! This house feels like it was furnished/ supplied by the owners for their own use -- meaning great quality stuff (not one of those all-IKEA cheapie places, furnished for renters). Beds and pillows were luxorious, and it had one of the best stocked kitchens ever -- great plates/bowls/silverware (including stuff for kids), plus KitchenAid stand mixer, food processor, cute teapot, etc., etc. The kitchen cabinets/counter are "original" including 70s orange formica counters -- kind of a cute retro look, cozy, yet very clean and well-maintained. Two living rooms, including a great collections of DVDs, board games and brand new gas fireplace (easy on/off). Big indoor dining table, plus 2 great outdoor dining spots as well (one sunny, one shaded). House is on one of the litte Calles in Stinson, just a few houses from the beach. I live in SF and visit Stinson a lot -- I love this location because it's just steps from the beach, and it's also easy to walk to town for dinner, snacks, groceries. The best suprise when we arrived was that the outdoor space was wonderful! I'd seen the pics, but sometimes it's not so great when you arrive -- not so here. An amazing outdoor BBQ, plus countertop seating. Relaxing outdoor living room spot, with a great umbrella. Very clean/private hot tub. Hammock, ping pong, etc. Wooden fence provides privacy from the street. You will love it!

Perfect Stinson Beach winter visit
This house has everything for a perfect Stinson winter visit including a gas fireplace in the main room and an outdoor hot tub. The kitchen is well stocked for cooking and baking. The beds are super-comfy. I look forward to staying here again!

The Beach House with it all!!
We loved the house just a few steps from the beach! There is everything you need and more-good sized rooms, living area /dining etc There wasn’t anything missing! The backyard /outside area was spacious with ping pong, bbq and the hot tub. It is a great layout for a a big family - together time or enough room to be on the other side of the house reading a good book! We will definitely be returning!

Wonderful Stinson getaway!
We loved our time, even during a terrible storm! There were many games, toys, TVs, movies to keep us entertained and everything was well marked and easy to use/find. Karen was a "real pro" as a host. We will definitely come back - hopefully next time with some sunshine.

Highly recommended - a wonderful stay
The property is so much more than the description and photos. It's an ideal place for a group - there are multiple areas to sit, either with others or alone, the kitchen is very well equipped, and the beach is a hop, skip and a jump away. Perfect for an adult group and for a family with children. Everyone in my party - from the 7 year old to the 70 year old says it's fabulous and they want to return. The owner is very obviously committed to ensuring her guests have a wonderful stay. I will be back, Janet

Great location and spacious lot.
The house is well stocked with everything you’ll need during your stay. Communication with the owners was easy - they were kind and accommodating. Great place for large families with kids.

Brilliant Location and Extremely Organized!!
This was by far the best location we have ever been on! Massive, gorgeous, steps from the beach, even the neighbor next door was an absolute gem. Karen has the most organized house, it was incredibly easy to find everything and she had things available in the house. Great property and great owner!
