Fantastic views of sand, surf and mountain from 2nd story unit.
Updated Spring 2020.
La Paz is a one bedroom apartment located upstairs in a three unit building that is right on the beach. Available for one or two adults only. Maximum two overnight guests (includes children over 1 year old).

Fully furnished with full kitchen, private deck with gas BBQ. Free WiFi, Flat panel SMART TV with Satellite. Cozy queen bed in bedroom. Living room has a pull out bed.
Off-street parking for 2 cars. Backyard patio shared with guests staying at La Sirena.

Enjoy walks on the beach, relaxing on the sofa, and feel like you've really gotten away from it all. 1 dog welcome with a fee of $90/per stay. No cats. Please note you are bringing a dog when you identify how many people in your party.

We enjoyed our stay at La Paz. This well designed, comfortable apartment was perfect for us and our pooch. There’s a handy place to hose the sand off after enjoying a walk on the beach, and everything else you need for a cozy, peaceful stay. Thank you, Jeff, for sharing your beach house with us!

What an absolute treat to stay in this amazing space! It was so comfortable, clean and we felt right at home. The bed was super comfortable and the space was perfect an ocean retreat. We LOVED our stay and can’t wait to come back! The location is excellent and we had such a relaxing wonderful experience!

Ours was a return visit to this property. We had a sensational time! The view of the beach was memorable, filled with surfers, fishing boats, playful dolphins, crowds of beach lovers, and happy, playful dogs (one of which was our dog Ruby)! Thank you! We will be back!

The place is extremely well-appointed and clean. There is a 3min-walk to Parkside cafe and a 5min walk to the famous DipSea trails. The hosts are very responsive and friendly. They also provide clear instruction on checking in and how to clean up at the end of the trip. This is my third time staying here and I hope to return soon!

We have stayed here multiple times and always appreciate the experience. The rental has everything you need - just bring your own snacks and supplies - and hunker down enjoying the beautiful beach and amazing views. The host is fantastic - always provides excellent information and is very responsive. This is our home away from home at Stinson Beach and we are grateful to get to experience this little slice of heaven.

Beautiful, spotless, quiet, welcoming home and neighborhood. We especially enjoyed the ocean views from our livingroom: surfers, a pod of dolphins, volleyball on the beach. The kitchen, bath, and home were superbly stocked, including games, beach chairs, and quality linens. The home, deck, beach front access and hill views made our 3 days relaxing, fun, and very enjoyable. The bed and double sofa bed were comfy, too. We would definitely stay here again. Thanks again to La Paz' gracious hosts.

Such a lovely clean space, so welcoming. My wife and I had such a wonderful much needed time away. The sound of the crashing waves was so calming. Loved that we could stroll on the each from the house, then cut into town. Thank-you!

We are two families that met and became best friends while attending UC Berkeley in the late 1970's. We love the beach, the smell of ocean air, and the sound of the waves rolling up on the sand. We are beach walkers, surfers, hikers, nature lovers and sand castle builders. We are excited to be the owners of this wonderful beachfront property and to be able to share it with you.

There is nothing better than eating breakfast and rolling right out onto the beach, or enjoying a cocktail while watching the sun set over the ocean. From La Paz you can walk down the deserted sandy beach or walk into town for brunch or an ice cream.
