La Paz is a one bedroom apartment located upstairs in a three unit building that is right on the beach. Available for one or two adults only. Maximum two overnight guests (includes children over 1 year old).

Fully furnished with full kitchen, private deck with gas BBQ. Free WiFi, Flat panel SMART TV with Satellite. Cozy queen bed in bedroom. Living room has a pull out bed.
Off-street parking. Backyard patio shared with guests staying at La Sirena.

Enjoy walks on the beach, relaxing on the sofa, and feel like you've really gotten away from it all. 1 dog welcome with a fee of $75/per stay. No cats.

Great location, clean and comfortable.

The unit is very clean and well supplied. Cloudy and rainy the whole time there but still had a good time.

Amazing anniversary getaway!

Can’t beat this property right on the beach! We arrived to a stunning sunset and were welcomed by a very comfortable house. The property was clean and fresh with an amazing view, great layout, and comfortable furnishings. This was the perfect property for our anniversary getaway. Major bonus was the dedicated parking - which at Stinson is priceless. 100% a 5 star stay for Stinson beach!

30th Wedding Anniversary Gem

My wife and I came to La Paz for the weekend to celebrate our 30th anniversary, and we couldn’t have had a better time. Everything about La Paz, the apartment itself, location, charm, property, and Jeff the owner were absolutely perfect! We wished we could have stayed longer, and we will definitely be back soon. A slice of heaven

Love this little spot on Stinson Beach. Works perfect for my daughter & I to stay here with our dog. Love the view & the long stretch of beach just out the door. Great communication by owners. It’s always clean & feels safe. Neighbors are friendly. Cute little beach town.

Great dog friendly oceanfront property

On the beach

Lovely and comfortable property. Enjoyed hearing the waves, especially at night. Long walks and beautiful ocean with lots of seals.

Relaxing Stay

Single Lady Loved It

This property was as described. Very comfortable and felt safe and secure as a solo traveler. Loved how well equipped the unit is, the prompt responses to questions, and the special little things to make my well behaved pup's stay comfortable. I plan to return soon!

We LOVE this place!

Another fun and relaxing getaway at La Paz. Great location with amazing ocean sights and sounds. We come packed with all the supplies we need for cooking in and hanging out. La Paz does the rest - with an outdoor grill, ample kitchen supplies, a great deck and waves crashing at your feet - this has become a regular relaxing trip for us. Jeff is a great communicator, providing all the details you need for an easy stay. We will keep coming back as long as we can and appreciate that we found this little gem.

Short stay

We came in for a very short stay, but everything was what we’re looking for in a place. We were very happy with our stay. Jeff was super responsive to any questions we had. If the opportunity arose, we would stay there again for sure.

Recharging at La Paz

Very clean and owners are very friendly. Great place to unplug and recharge. If you are looking for a place to chill, this is it. Property is just perfect. This is our 5th time coming. We just love it here!

Perfect Stay at Stinson Beach

The La Paz unit was exactly as pictured. The kitchen is well equipped. The unit has a view of the beach, and the property is literally at the beach. 30 yards from the door and you are on the sand. You have your own private parking spot right behind the unit. The bed was comfortable and the walk in big shower was nice. Perfect spot for a couple to enjoy Stinson Beach. Would definitely stay again.

Right on the beach

I was concerned about the "back" entrance from the photos, but it was a fantastic place with an excellent ocean view. So close to the trails up into the hills, along an expansive dog-friendly beach and in a quaint town of surfers and outdoor enthusiasts. Clean and dog friendly, with a hose to wash off downstairs. 5-star place (with a less-than-5-star price). We will be back.

Perfect Birthday get awat

Beautiful, right on the beach. So comfortable. Best stocked kitchen (pots,pans,appliances) so easy to cook and enjoy the views. Jeff and Shelly were kind and attentive, quickly fixed a toilet issue without even interrupting our peaceful vacation! We will definitely return!

Right on the Beach!

We had such a great weekend! The location of this place is unbeatable! We surfed and sunrise and sunset. Walked for coffee and meals at the Parkside and had the best weekend! Can't wait to stay again.

Location, Location, Location

A little slice of Heaven just a few short steps from a dog-friendly beach (to the right). We were vacationing with our doggie and everything about this cottage worked out perfectly for us. The private parking made it easy to load and unload. The large upper deck was perfect for relaxing after a long hike or day on the beach and for an evening BBQ. A hose with sprayer was conveniently located in the yard and made it easy to remove sand before heading upstairs. The kitchen was well stocked and easy to keep clean. Several restaurants and a market are within a short walking distance. The weather was glorious -- sunny and warm. We arrived on a Monday and checked out on Friday, so we were able to avoid what was expected to be a crowded weekend. Very pleased with Marin County's responsible environmental policies. Will definitely return.

We are two families that met and became best friends while attending UC Berkeley in the late 1970's. We love the beach, the smell of ocean air, and the sound of the waves rolling up on the sand. We are beach walkers, surfers, hikers, nature lovers and sand castle builders. We are excited to be the owners of this wonderful beachfront property and to be able to share it with you.

There is nothing better than eating breakfast and rolling right out onto the beach, or enjoying a cocktail while watching the sun set over the ocean. From La Paz you can walk down the deserted sandy beach or walk into town for brunch or an ice cream.
