Solid built home with attention to details and comfort for the beachcomber. Sunken living room with tile floor, TV/stereo, and ocean views. Gas fireplace, fully-equipped kitchen, and outdoor gas barbecue. Master bedroom with private deck, loft with twin beds, and two full baths. Two sun decks, private patio, and lovely landscaped rear yard. Ample parking.

Just a short walk to town with shopping and galleries, grocery store, restaurants, and library. Minutes to the beach for all-day play and surfing. Breathtaking trailheads with waterfalls out your front door.

Lovely ocean view home within walking distance to town and beach. Peaceful, light, clean, comfortable, with a well appointed, modern kitchen. We loved being lulled to sleep by the sound of the waves and going out on the beach for a morning walk before the tourist crowds.

This was a gem in Stinson Beach. The photos are accurate and the views are just as lovely as they looked in the pictures. Since the two twin beds are in a loft and the main bedroom has some large windows without shades a sleeping mask could be helpful for folks who prefer a dark room. We would definitely return, it was a fantastic stay.

Couldn't ask for a better place to be near the beach! Amazing view from anywhere in the house. Great kitchen for cooking with everything needed to cook up meals for the family. Host was quick to respond to any needs or questions. This was a our second stay and we'll definitely be back.

The was an absolutely beautiful property, bright full of light with sweeping views of the ocean. The kitchen is well equiped for dinners in and the little town has some nice eateries. Sweet quiet little beach town.

This beautiful house in Stinson Beach completely exceeded our expectations, with breathtaking panoramic ocean views that made the entire stay unforgettable. We stayed here for the Miwok 100K race, and the location was absolutely perfect—just minutes from the start and finish, which made race day logistics incredibly easy. The home itself was even better than advertised—spacious, spotless, and extremely comfortable, with a beautifully stocked kitchen ideal for cooking and gathering. The quaint backyard and peaceful, private setting added to the overall experience, and communication was seamless and highly responsive throughout. We would very highly recommend this home to any friends or family, and we’re already hoping to return again soon!

Beautiful, comfortable and relaxing - A perfect getaway.

My family of four (including 2 teens) enjoyed every minute of our stay in this lovely beach home. Jennifer was a welcoming host and the house was well equipped, spacious and clean. We would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful Place to Stay!

Fabulous view of the Pacific

This spot is a perfect place to stay in Stinson Beach. So much to do in the area and walking on the beach for hours restored my health after a very long, cold winter in the northeast.

Great location, beautiful home.

The home was beautiful, clean and comfortable. a perfect place to relax at after hiking some of the many beautiful hikes in the area. Very little driving to reach great hikes.

We had a wonderful time at this beautiful home. We loved being up on the hill away from the crowds. The ocean views were spectacular. We can’t wait to go back.

I'm glad you had a great time and please come again. I'll look for the light name, I've had a hard time locating those particular ones. Another place to get them- Fergusons Plumbing and Lighting- or Millennium Lights- has a whole selection of sizes, colors, styles and they are called warehouse lights. The other way to search is barn lights. Good luck, I hope you find what you're looking for.

My husband and I purchased the lot in 2005 with excitement beyond belief. We actively started designing around some very strick guidelines and restrictions. In the end I believe we achieved a very nice product with his building skills and my artistic talents. You'll find unusual details throughout the home and my paintings on the walls.

We built our home at Stinson beach in 2005. Stinson Beach was a natural choice and had a long history for our families. My husband and I grew up going to Stinson either after school, with our families for holiday, and then later for family reunions bringing our kids. There is so much to do- walk/run the beach, swim, surf- board or body, sunbath, hike the fabulous trails, kayak the lagoon, relax, and the list goes on.
We feel very fortunate to have found this lot with the ability to build a simple but stylish home that serves many travelers.

The beauty of the beach, the sound of the waves crashing, the intimate neighborhood community, close to town for a stroll to dinner, near the town market, fabulous sunsets. You get the best of both worlds that Stinson has to offer- the beach but also the mountain!! The famed Dipsea Trail, majestic Matt Davis Trail just outside our door. Gorgeous sunsets, collecting shells, flying kites, building sand castles...............
