We planned a last minute get-away to Chickamauga Lake for the weekend. We enjoyed the beautiful lakefront home. It was nice & accessible being able to dock our boat right out back. The cove was protected from the weather & in a no wake zone. Thanks!

Booked house for fishing trip.

Bassmaster Nationals stay

Our stay was good, great location close to launch and fun watching the boats take off off the marina tip. With 9 people there and getting groceries with all the packaging not enough room in the garbage cans for a week stay....lots of ants so be ready for that,

Comfortable with everything you need!

We had a wonderful stay—three adults and two kids. The house is super comfortable and had everything we needed. Bring your kayak and fishing gear; the lake is great. Our hosts were also very accommodating and accessible. We will be back!

My family of 8 recently stayed here and it was so perfect and felt like home. The beds were comfy and inviting, the kitchen and island were spacious enough and included all the gadgets needed for preparing a meal. The water views from the back of the house were nice to look at and so peaceful. We were able to rent a pontoon from the marina and docked it at the house overnight. We didn't really want to leave!There were a few things we wish had been better. There was a bit of an ant issue on the main level around the backdoor and both bathrooms. Thankfully, we never saw any on the countertops in the kitchen. The bathroom on the lower level also had ants. Not a huge deal, but we were still careful about putting things on the floor. We also noticed that while the house appeared clean, there were some pretty decent cobwebs hanging around. Again, not a deal breaker, just unfortunate. We also wish there would've been a ladder on the dock to make it easier to get in and out of the water.One suggestion that would have worked better for our family and maybe others, too, was to add bunk beds in addition to or in place of the toddler bed. We weren't sure what to expect for a "child's bed." My daughter was a little too big for it, so she slept on the smaller couch. We really did enjoy our stay and it was the perfect location. We would love to return someday. Thank you for sharing your cute, little property with us!

Great Property

House and property were great. We would recommend a ladder for dock to be able to get out of water easier. Additional chairs on lower patio would be nice to enjoy the view from both levels also. Still had a great time and will look to return.

Everything was great. Family meeting spot for a short vacation. 10 of us. Plenty of room. Nice place had everything we needed.

Fabulous Experience

The property was fabulous and extremely welcoming. My family enjoyed the lake and the nearby town. Raina was extremely responsive and helpful. It was a fabulous time!

NACA Basketball Tournament

We stayed during the NACA Basketball tournament and used this as the coaches house. It accommodates 4 couples easily or 8 total people. Very clean and right on the water.

Waterfront Family Fun in Dayton, TN

My MIL's family is from Dayton, so we visit once every year or two to reconnect with extended family. This place is perfect for gathering and entertaining! The adults visited on the back deck while the kids fished and swam. When we got a pop-up rain shower, we moved to the screen porch.Everyone had a blast! We will be back...Thank you for the wonderful hospitality!
