Beautiful river front home in serene setting with spectacular views of the Chickamuaga River and surrounding mountains. This home provides everything needed to have a great, relaxing vacation or a weekend getaway! This home is 2,200 sq ft. featuring 3 spacious bedrooms each with walk-in closets and master baths, 4 total baths, and 2 separate kitchens. This home offers 2 large decks with gorgeous views. Home is completely furnished. The house is centrally located only a short drive from Cleveland, Chattanooga, Knoxville, Gatlinburg, Pigeon Forge, Tennessee Aquarium, Cumberland Mountains, Smoky Mountains, and white water rafting. We are also available for corporate rentals convenient to Amazon, Volkswagen, Shaw, and Denso.

We stayed at the lovely Georgetown home to attend a family wedding at Howe Farms. The layout of the home was perfect for our family needing a place to stay and visit while preparing for the wedding and reception. The four bathrooms were welcome so that getting ready for the wedding was easy for everyone and uneventful. We were able to use our down time to visit and relax on the property which is beautiful. We bought our groceries at a Food City that was about 15 minutes away and were able to easily prepare meals and eat together in the peaceful setting. We even were able to prepare dishes to take and serve at the reception.

Very nice house. Drive way was spacious enough for three trucks and 3 boat trailers. And is a good central location to most boat ramps.

Water view getaway.

It was a great location and a nice place to come back to after a long day of softball. We had to buy our own salt and pepper, oil, and grill brush. Being on water, the home did have some extra little critters that we had to take care of. I loved the layout of the home and the view.

Beautiful

We stayed at the home during a family wedding and had a wonderful time. Convenient to most areas. Spacious and clean.the neighborhood was quiet, except for the birds singing. The two back decks was plenty of room for our group to spread out. Also 2 kitchens, genius.

Family Wedding

This house is a very beautiful property located in the serene hills of Tennessee. Although there are houses extremely close, everyone was nice and said hello and asked us about stay. It was only 8 minutes from the wedding venue. That made it so convenient.

Bathroom mats, chairs on the decks cleaned, ice maker, a few light weight blankets, rug in kitchen in front of sink.

Great Location!

Great location! Nice property. Couple downsides were the beds were really old and uncomfortable. The grill didn’t work and there was only one (1) air mattress and no sheets for it. It also didn’t have any lake stuff (I.e. toys, towels, etc.) be ready to bring your own. The neighbors were super nice too!

Family Vacation

Our family had a great stay at the house on the lake. The only downfalls we encountered was the water was to low to put our boats in to the river. Also, the kitchen's were not fully equipped for a family making any meals. We had to go out and purchase a few utensils to cook with. Other then that we had a great stay. I will say we would recommend this home to our friends and family.

I am sorry the boat ramp wasn't deep enough, this depends on TVA since they regulate the water levels, but there is a public boat ramp across the street on the main channel that has year round deep water. I am glad you enjoyed your stay. I hope you stay with us again.

We were in town for our daughters wedding and really enjoyed our stay. The communication with the host was great. He was always prompt to reply to any questions I had. The home is lovely and is on the water with a beautiful view and boat dock and two large decks with plenty of space to sit and relax. The rooms are large and the beds were very comfortable. We brought a boat and there was plenty of room to park it. There is actually a ramp at the house, however it was too shallow to use. But there is a very nice dock right across the street if you're bringing a boat. A couple downsides that if addressed would make the place perfect. First of all, it was not clean. It looked like no one had been there in quite some time, but the return air vents in the wall were disqusting, the hood over the stove was filthy, and when we had to scoot the sofa back to access the cord to the lamp, there was hair, dust, and goldfish crackers all underneath. The window sills were all dirty with dirt, cob webs and dead bugs. I feel these are all very basic and obvious things to clean right in plain view with the exception of underneath the sofa. A couple of the comforters on the beds smelled soured. Basically the place is nice, but it needs a deep cleaning very badly. The only other thing that could be improved is a bit more things on hand for guests. The supply was very limited.

The view was absolutely beautiful. Nice quite street. The dog next door visited my husband in the mornings on the back porch.Great location was in town for granddaughters wedding. Comfortable beds The two fridges was great as we had alot of food.

Thanksgiving with extended family

We needed extra space to host a family Thanksgiving dinner. My daughter and her family and I spent the night before to set everything up and the rest of the family joined us the next day for food, games, and visiting. The location was lovely, the accommodations wonderful and everyone had a great time.

Beautiful Property

Perfect house for my husband and me. We were celebrating our 50th Wedding Anniversary in beautiful Tennessee! The lake house is located halfway between Nashville and Dollywood/Smokey Mountains. The view of the lake from the house and deck is beautiful! Coming from California, we were surprised at how GREEN Tennessee is in August! And so much water! We only needed to use the first floor of the house. The floorplan is very convenient. Paul and Shannon were quick to respond to any questions we had or supplies we needed. They made us feel welcome and comfortable. Tennessee has the nicest people you ever want to meet!

Dirty

The house was an easy drive to a wedding we were attending at Howe Farms. The house has lots of potential, but unfortunately, it’s dirty. It really seemed as if someone came in and changed sheets and maybe wiped the counters before we arrived, but didn’t actually clean it. There were lots of dead ants along the window sills and cobwebs throughout. The outdoor deck has a gorgeous view, but the chair cushions had mold, cobwebs and bird poop all over them. The table out there was also very dirty. I was very disappointed with the lack of cleanliness.

Close to wedding

Property was just what we wanted, as proximity was close to a wedding in the neighborhood. Even though it was just 2 of us, the house can easily accommodate more as it has 3 rooms with ensuite bathrooms. View and access to lake were great. Pots/pans could use some tightening on the handles and downstairs master bathroom flush lever was broken, but we had 4 toilets to pick from...so no issues there. Bring cooking oil if you plan to cook, as only basic amenities in kitchen are provided. Would stay here again and would recommend this place.

Ants/ could be cleaner

Nice place, good location but, needs thorough cleaning. Ants really like it. Steps on the deck of the lower level should be replaced. Windows are very dirty.
