This beautiful half-acre property features a gentle slope right down to the lake, offering an unforgettable waterfront escape for up to 12 guests. The home is designed for comfort and entertainment, with ample space for everyone.

* **Living Areas:** Two separate living rooms, one on each level, each with comfortable seating and a Wi-Fi-connected smart TV.
* **Ambiance:** A cozy indoor stone fireplace for cooler evenings.
* **Kitchens:** A fully equipped main kitchen for all your cooking needs, plus a lower-level kitchenette with a full-sized refrigerator and wine cooler.
* **Outdoor Oasis:** Two levels of decks, double picnic tables for group dining, a fire pit for stargazing, and a private dock.
* **Activities:** Kayaks are provided for you to enjoy paddling on the lake directly from your private dock. Ping pong and Foosball tables for group fun!

Guest access
You will have exclusive access to the entire home and its amenities, including the private dock, kayaks, and the full half-acre property. For your convenience and our privacy, a few small closets used for personal storage and the outdoor storage shed are not accessible to guests.

* **Ample Parking:** Please park in the spaces indicated, out of the road.
* **Waterfront Property:** This is a waterfront property with direct lake access and a private dock. Guests are responsible for their own safety and the safety of any children.
* **Pet Fee:** If you are bringing a dog, please let us know in advance so we can apply the additional pet fee to your reservation.
* **Pontoon Boat Rental Details
So many guests asked, so we added this option. Boat rental is available at our dock. Each day is dusk to dawn and is quite convenient - comparable to local rental rates. Prices include TN state tax. Add $500 deposit for lost or damaged equipment. Multi-day discounts 10-25% off as quoted below:

Boat rental includes tubing equipment. It also allows you to visit two lakefront restaurants - B&B Marina and Crazy Current Restaurant - which are 10-15 minutes away by boat

This was an excellent lake getaway. Perfect for hanging out with family and having some fun in the water. We loved kayaking. The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare our meals. The beds were comfortable. We played hard and slept great.

Clark and Matthew were extremely helpful, kind, and quick to respond. The property was perfect for our very large family. The access to the water, beautiful new dock, and pontoon was wonderful! The house was very clean and had everything that we needed. If there were any questions or things we needed, Clark was always very quick to respond and be of assistance. This was our second stay and we highly recommend this home!

The house was perfect for our family. We had plenty of room. Very kid friendly with everything we needed for our stay. The views were perfect and it was close enough to go visit all the hiking spots with a short drive. Thanks for allowing us to stay!

Our family had a wonderful time staying at this exceptionally well appointed home. We were pleasantly surprised how stocked the kitchen was with all the basics, we didn't have to run right out and purchase supplies! Communication with the host was excellent, he got right back to me within minutes of asking a question. The house is very clean and comfortable, and access to the lake was definitely a plus! Our family had such a good time swimming and fishing off the beautiful dock, and really enjoyed having kayaks available for use. We took the option to rent the pontoon boat for a day and had a great time exploring. Book with confidence, this house, and its host, are winners!

Great stay!

We loved that we didn’t have to leave the property once we were settled in! Plenty of space to relax, the kayaks were so much fun, fishing was GREAT! Thank you for a memorable stay!

The property was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything we needed. It was a great home base for exploring the area and conveniently located not too far from Chattanooga and Cleveland, TN. We really enjoyed our visit and would definitely stay here again!

We loved staying here! The lake was peaceful and it was so nice to have coffee on the porch overlooking the water in the mornings. The dock itself looks brand new and was so nice. We loved fishing off of it! The use of the kayaks was a huge perk as well. The grounds were also so pretty. In the house, the kitchen was very well stocked. There was plenty of room for our large party! We had a great time!One thing to note: the top bunks are a bit wobbly so if you plan to put small children up there just be aware. But otherwise all the beds were comfortable!

Great Stay!

The home was the perfect place for our family vacation. We loved staying on the water. The home had many activities (dock, ping pong, board games, foosball, etc) to keep the adults and children entertained. We had a blast and would definitely come back!

Great stay on Chickamauga Lake

House was great for our family to spend a long weekend fishing and enjoying the outdoors. The house has plenty of room for multiple families and plenty of parking for everyone.

Great House

Quiet location with an awesome view of the lake! House had everything we needed with plenty of room to spread out. Great host that contacted us to make sure everything was good during the week.Will stay again when in the area!!!

Great house and location for family getaway

Perfect spot for family getaway. Easy check-in, owner was easy to communicate with. Nice additions like the foose ball , ping pong , board games and kayaks. Cove was quite with little boat traffic , swim ladder right on the dock made swimming easy. We'll stay again!

Quiet and secluded

Perfect for Us!

Everything was perfect! The water was warm and the air conditioner was lovely, and the thunder and lightning storms finally cut through the humidity and were a plus for the kids.

We love the location of our neighborhood. It is just enough out of the way to ensure quiet natural beauty. It is self-contained, with approximately 30 lakefront homes on larger lots. The street is a 2-mile circle that is great for leisurely walks to unwind and experience nature.
