Relax with the entire family or have a cozy romantic getaway at this peaceful 3 Bedroom 2 full bathroom cottage that sleeps up to 7 people while only a 5 minute walk to the beach.
This incredible home features a wood burning fireplace, large private yard, family game room, and is also fully Google smart home integrated for comfortable convenience.
The neighborhood highlights include Bold Mariner Brewery which serves tasty cold local brewed beer and BBQ, Bay Oaks park and many local eateries!

Very quiet and peaceful. Lots of older retired folks and families.

The main road is call E Ocean View Ave and that is two blocks down. That road will take you to most major areas in Virginia Beach.

Came for a bachelorette trip, it was a beautiful place & so close to the beach!!! the host was very accommodating & very responsive! if i come back to Virginia Beach or Norfolk, i will 100% be booking this place once again!

Great location, short walk to beach, near many attractions, quiet neighborhood, nice enclosed back yard. Very usable kitchen and good eating space. Lots of bedroom space and places to spread out. Great for families. Secure. Great washer, dryer, appliances. Would stay again.

The property owner didn't start messaging me back until 2 weeks before check in, but after that it was good. The baseboards were disgusting, the bath mat in the bathroom was stained, there was visible patches for on the walls, and the beds were completely sunken in at the middle.

The house was great! We were on a family trip and also took our two dogs. The house was clean and had what we needed. The dogs enjoyed their stay as well.

The cottage is really nice. However it is in need of repairs. Vents were filthy and the upkeep of the furniture, baseboards, bc bathroom caulking unpainted wall patches leaves a shoddy impression. The house had some issues with the kitchen not well cleaned. Owner offered to clean but he did not respond to our initial text until several hours later each time we communicated. We cleaned it to our standards. I sent 9 photos as he requested but it was left unanswered. It is very cozy and the beds are very comfortable. If it was all fixed, and up to the pictures posted, I would recommend this property as lovely.

The only thing I would say about the house is for the cleaners to pull things out and clean! Because there was water bottles behind dressers! And we didn’t have wash rags in one of the rooms no fault to the owners but the cleaners need to tighten up but over all besides Tht the house was amazing

Perfect weekend stay!

We were in town for the air show and Richard’s place was perfect for us for the weekend. Close proximity to Virginia Beach, and a lot of good restaurants nearby! Would stay again

Great spot to extend a trip...

We showed up and found a clean and cool spot to stay the night. The beach access is only a 5 minute walk to the bay. This was spectacular! We were also only 1 mile from Jessie's Taquaria which is thr Mexican food in Norfolk. Overall this property checked all our boxes.

Super cute home!

The house was so cute and well taken care of. Plenty of space for a larger group and very close to the beach. I would definitely recommend this house and stay again! Richard was so helpful and communicative. Overall great experience!

Cottage by the sea

The house is as promised - in a charming neighborhood just a short walk from the beach. The host supplied everything for a comfortable beach retreat.

The property was wonderful, clean, and very comfortable for our family of four adults . Fully stocked kitchen. Also, the beach wagon, towels and umbrella made our visit to the beach much more comfortable. We stayed for five nights. Great location with easy access to the not crowded beach, Plenty of restaurants and attractions nearby and in a safe friendly neighborhood. Our host Richard was very responsive and accommodating to our needs. The check-in and check out process was very simple. We would definitely come back here again...

Very clean cottage, fresh linens and comfortableì bed, had a good sleep. Master bedroom Shower was Wonderful. Kitchen had a drip coffee maker WITH decaf Only! which I overlooked when I was wóas booking. Next time I boot anywhete, Pls make a note of it e o

Nice house.

The house was beautiful and had the comforts of home. The neighborhood was nice and quite. We were literally blocks from the bay beaches. It was only a short drive to the Virginia Beach boardwalk. There were plenty of stores and restaurants close by. Would stay again.

Very nice and clean

Nicely appointed. Super close to beach. Has coffee maker but no supplies, so be sure to bring filters, coffee, and cream/sugar. Good communication with owner when we had questions.

He has been deployed 4 times and is very dedicated to helping serve his fellow military veterans and their families. Real Estate peaked interest in 2013 after purchasing his first condo investment property using his VA loan benefit and he fell in love with the industry ever since. Rich's passion and love for people is what makes him and the rest of our team so easy and fun to work with.
