Escape to The Cottage at Little Bee Woods. Tucked away in the serene Swannanoa Valley, our modern cottage (completed in late 2022) is the ultimate sanctuary for relaxation and privacy. Whether you’re here for a romantic escape or a family adventure, you can melt away stress in our private sauna, enjoy a deep soak in the hot tub under the stars, or even book an on-site massage from our resident therapist. The cabin features an airy, open-concept great room with a gourmet kitchen and a stunning timber-frame screened porch—the perfect spot for morning coffee or sunset cocktails overlooking Watch Knob.
Space & Comfort:
Primary Bedroom: King bed + Twin bed. Secondary Bedroom: Queen bed + Twin bed. Great Room: Comfortable full-size sleeper sofa. Bathrooms: Two full, modern baths. The Location: Enjoy 13 acres of private mountain peace, just 15 minutes from charming Black Mountain and 25 minutes from the heart of Asheville.Booking Details: Stay Requirements:
We typically require a three-night minimum stay. However, if a date remains vacant within 30 days of arrival, we welcome shorter two-night bookings.
Pet Policy: We love dogs and cats! Up to 2 pets are welcome ($50 per-animal, per-stay fee).
Cleaning Fee: $75 per stay.

Overall, nice little spot. Host was accommodating and provided Pack N play, and High chair hwich was nice. Place is in overall good condition, a few minor items here or there, but nothing major. Would stay again.

We already miss Little Bee Woods! It was such a nice, relaxing, private stay with our two girls. It was secluded enough to have peace and quiet but close enough to Asheville and other areas that we didn’t feel like we were constantly in the car. Charles made sure we had everything we needed and the house was well equipped-we were never searching for what we needed-they thought of everything! We enjoyed the sauna, hot tub, had fires multiple nights and naps on the porch-perfection!

We loved the home and it exceeded the pictures and our expectations! We visited with another couple for a long weekend and loved that we could bring out dogs and the location was perfect. It is on a mountain with great views and amazing outdoor spaces. The house is very clean, modern and equipped with everything you need. We spent time in Asheville, Black Mountain and Old Fort, all just a short drive away. This location gave us a nice secluded home in the treetops to relax in once we were done exploring. I can't state enough how comfortable and relaxed we felt in our stay. The kitchen had everything you need to cook with nice vaulted ceilings that have Sonos speakers installed that sound amazing. We spent a lot of time in the screened-in porch that has amazing mountain views and Sonos speakers are in the high porch ceiling too. I definitely recommend trying the hot tub too! We didn't try the sauna but will try it when we return. Charles the host was great with communication, friendly and made us feel very welcome. We will be back to visit in the future, hopefully sooner than later!

What an incredible stay! My husband and I absolutely loved this peaceful mountain getaway. The home was beautifully designed with every thoughtful detail imaginable — from the fully stocked kitchen to the cozy porch and relaxing hot tub. The views were stunning, and the privacy made it feel like our own hidden retreat tucked up in the mountains. You can truly feel the care and intentionality that went into creating this space. Amazing Getaway

Minimoon at little bee

We had an excellent stay a very new home on the mountain. Kitchen was great to use, grilling outside was very nice, and the hottub with the stars tied it all together! Highly recommend for couples or a family, there was more than enough room for groups!
