Beautiful lakefront property. Clean and spacious with every necessity and amenity available. Perfect for a family or a small group. The host was responsive, flexible, and helpful as we tried to navigate our stay due to forecasted hurricane and a power outage.Would 100% stay here again.

This house was amazing and everything we hoped it would be! It was a perfect getaway from Auburn during our daughter's graduation weekend. The beds, the living room couch and chairs, and deck furniture were all very comfortable. The home was beautifully decorated. We appreciated the kayaks and lawn games available. I highly recommend this beautiful lake home!

We had an amazing time at this beautiful home. My family of 5 as well as my parents stayed for an entire week. The home is lovely, with beautiful views of the water, updated, plenty of seating inside and out, and has every amenity that you can think of. We loved having coffee on the covered porch every morning looking at the amazing water views. The home offers a flat lot and a main floor master, with a walk-in shower that was perfect for my parents who can’t make it up and down stairs easily. There is a dock where we tied our boat. Also that part of the lake is quite, not much traffic from other boats which made kayaking and paddle boarding so nice, and also calmed my nervousness when we were pulling the kids on tubes. The furniture and beds were very comfortable. We can’t wait to come stay here again.

Weekend with family and friends

Great spot of the lake. Loved the home. Perfect for us. The fire pit was a great touch for an evening after being on water all day. Enjoyed the kayaks and the rafts! Dock was perfect for our Mastercraft Xstar.

Fantastic time!

Anchors Away was great for our weekend getaway and exactly as shown in photos. The home is very well-stocked inside and our family took full advantage of the outdoor space, games, and kayaks. Our three daughters who are college students nearby thought the house was perfect and want to go back again!

Perfect for our visit!

We stayed at this lovely lake house to attend an Auburn football game. The host was great with communication especially when we were traveling during a hurricane and were worried about conditions (all was well;). It was about a30-35 minute drive into Auburn.

We really enjoyed our stay at Anchors Away. The house is so well appointed. Updated and with all the little details taken care of. Loved being able to look at the water and our family took advantage of all the yard games, pool table and outdoor fireplace (the host even left smores fixings 😋. We would not hesitate to stay again!
