The breaker box is secured for safety, and a screwdriver is provided in the kitchen for access when needed. Regarding the home layout, the listing clearly states that this is a compact beach cottage and that the downstairs bedroom is accessed by an exterior staircase. This is fully disclosed, and guests consistently book knowing and appreciating the unique setup. We also accommodated your request to park a 38‑ft motorhome, which was only mentioned on the day of arrival. Most guests traveling with an RV contact us in advance to confirm suitability, but we made an exception to assist you despite the late notice and the size of the vehicle.
