Movies, restaurants, grocery stores, shopping areas, mini golf, outlet mall, fishing pier, Jockey's Ridge, Wright National Memorial and Air Museum and so much more! You can also explore the surrounding areas to visit the aquarium, marinas and lighthouses.

Sweet Carolina is a spacious condo that is less expensive than an oceanfront hotel room half its size. It has panoramic views of the ocean throughout the unit. Sweet Carolina is a first floor end unit in a quiet oceanfront community. There are 2 private bedrooms each with their own king sized bed and linens provided with a weekly stay. The condo has 3 flat screen TVs for your viewing pleasure. There is a balcony with high top chairs overlooking the ocean to enjoy your morning coffee and a beautiful sunrise.

Sweet Carolina was remodeled in 2020 with beautiful luxury flooring, new furniture throughout, a new kitchen with gorgeous granite counter tops and a coffee bar. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to make a gourmet meal.

Wonderful week stay

Beautiful home, view and location. Home had everything we needed, view and sunrise is breathtaking, and everything is close by. Even got to see dolphins swim by a few days.

This condo has some nice recent upgrades in the kitchen and living areas. Ocean views even from the ground floor! Great location. The owners are very responsive to questions.

Great condo on the ocean!

This condo was wondeful for our trip to the OBX and had everything needed for our family. It was a very short walk to the beach, and the pool was great for afterwards. My 2 year old LOVED the kiddie pool, since she could "swim" from side to side. The rental was well stocked and described/listed very accurately - would definitely stay again!

Beautiful location

The condo is everything that is advertised, even better. Most of the windows look out onto the ocean, the place was clean, spacious and we were able to have a relaxing time. Even though it is up a flight of stairs, there is an elevator in the building making it very accessible.

Quick Getaway

This was our first time in OBX. We came to relax and get some peace after the death of my Mom. It was just what we needed. The place was clean and very comfortable. Being right on the water was the best part. A short walk to the beach. I will definitely go back!

This unit is absolutely amazing! The views are unobstructed, the property grounds are very clean, quiet, and the staff is amazing! The unit is exactly as described and seen in photos. This was the perfect getaway.

Short Getaway

The property was exactly as depicted/described…. It is beautifully decorated and very well maintained/cleaned. Proximity to the beach = on it. Views cannot be beat. One of the nicest condos I’ve stayed in at the OBX. The owner was very responsive to questions. Went down to fish and write my wedding vows. Had a great time doing both. Highly recommend.
