This was great location to multiple restaurants. Short walk to the beach. The part of the beach was better than a 1/2 miles down the road as it was flat and easier to carrier your things to the water. St. Augustine is great. This place is great for a weekend getaway.

Cute & quaint retreat

Close to the beach, food and entertainment. Beds were comfortable and layout was perfect. Private space to relax on the back porch or take a dip in the pool.

Love this rental

This was our second time staying at this property. We love the location and the comfortable beds!! Unfortunately it was too cold for us to swim this time but the pool is awesome as well!

Hosts were super communicative and polite — even let us check in early! Property was super close walk to the beach and hosts provided beach chairs and towels. Great for a small family or group of friends. Our only qualm was the pool was not very clean — given it’s shared between units that’s understandable but still made us less excited to use it. Outdoor patio was similarly not very clean but home inside was perfectly fine. We enjoyed our stay!

4th of July celebration

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay with you. The location was very conveniently located near the beach and restaurants. Beds were comfortable, pool was clean and was much appreciated with the outside heat and 3 grandchildren.

Great little stay!

Coquina Gables is in a great location- short walk to the beach, coffee shops and restaurants. We only stayed for 2 nights but enjoyed being with friends that stayed in the other units. Communication with the property owners was great as well. Would definitely recommend!

Great rental!

This condo was nothing short of amazing! We really enjoyed our stay and would recommend to family&friends. This rental is close to EVERYTHING (beach, shops, food, you name it!) We cannot wait until our next stay. Thank you so much for the communication and cleanliness of this property!

Paradise Palms

We absolutely loved and enjoyed our stay at Paradise Palms. It was walking distance from the beach, shops, restaurants and not far from Downtown St Augustine. It was clean, comfortable and had a heated pool - which was enjoyable The hosts, Andrea/Danny were very easy and friendly to communicate with. Thank you for having us - we look forward to renting out again.

Beach Paradise

We had a wonderful time at this property. Everything was wonderfully maintained. It is a 2 minute walk to the beach and restaurants are right outside the front door. They have literally thought of everything, including beach toys for the kiddos. The outdoor shower and pool were wonderful. The host was responsive and available for any questions we had. We will absolutely be staying here again. 5/5 stars!!!

Clean, Bright, and walkable to beach and several restaurants!

We rented all four of the units at Paradise Palms for a family gathering, and they worked out perfectly! The units are clean, bright, and the property managers responded promptly to light bulbs that needed changed. The beds were comfortable, and the pool area was a great gathering spot when we were done with the beach. The walkability to local shops and restaurants was convenient too. The only negative aspect was that we had to clean A LOT of leaves out of the pool and skimmer. Luckily, we have a pool at home, so my husband and kids did not mind helping with this too much, and we were able to enjoy the pool. Definitely would return!

Great location

Property is a great location 1 block from the beach, and several restaurants and a coffee shop within walking distance. We enjoyed that the property included beach gear and toys. Property itself was decorated very cute, looked just like the pictures. Beds were comfortable. Only negative I have was the floors and carpets were dirty. We had to wear shoes in the house and couldnt let our baby crawl. There was nothing to clean with in the house, no spray cleaners or mop. There was only one packet of laundry detergent, no fabric softener. This is something that is typically provided when we've stayed at other properties. Overall it was a good rental, and we would stay again.
