Looking for a great space for a family getaway? This is the perfect spot! This is a spacious condo right on top of the sand, and only steps away from the water. Our condo faces Monterey perfect for enjoying sunrises. This is a very well cared for home. Professional managed - Professionally Sanitized with On Site Care. When you want to gather, there is an open, spacious living room with a new decorative electric fireplace and plenty of room for family fun! A separate dining area with beautiful wood table seats everyone in elegant fashion. Want to have breakfast with the family, while taking in the ocean air? No problem! Enjoy the breakfast bar for a nice meal to start the day at the beach.

The updated kitchen is open, offering everything you might need to create a special meal. Fully supplied, with breakfast bar & stools, this is a great kitchen for making family a special beach meal!

The Patio has a large BBQ for the grill chef in your group! Smart TV in the living room, free hard-wired Wifi and cable, indoor washer & dryer all add convenience during your stay. From the patio, the beach is a few steps - and it's one of the most uncrowded beaches on Monterey Bay!

The master suite has a queen sized bed & a full, private bathroom; the other two bedrooms offer a 2 twins each - ideal for a family getaway. 2nd bathroom for guests. Come stay with us and make some memories!!

Spend family fun playing Pickle Ball, tennis or basketball with courts located on site. Stop by our lobby where we offer an assortment of loaner sports equipment for our renters including pickle ball sets!

We enjoyed our stay and had much of the amenities we’d hoped for easily at our disposal. The kitchen and bedrooms were well maintained and our wish was for additional towels and washcloths at the start of our visit. We had family coming in at a late arrival time and we helped make sure their entrance and parking was easy and stress-free for them. We’ll return for another fun vacation.

Next time, we'd be happy to find you a more private location on our South Side of the property at Pajaro Dunes - Pelican Point, Cypress Grove and our beach houses are all great vacation rentals. So many different options for your beach vacation. Hope to host you again soon!

Very nice location. Check in was a breeze. Cookies are "killers". All in all would like to come back for about 5-6 days
