The property and location to the beach is fantastic. The outside pools and amenities were great for a family with kids. This particular unit was dirty and some of the fixtures, furniture and trash cans need to be thrown out. Furniture in poor condition, pillows with stains, rusted bathroom trash cans, stained toilet paper holder. There’s also an empty ketchup packet in one of the dresser drawers.We would stay at this property again, but not this particular unit.

Once again we had an absolutely amazing time at the splash. Only downfall is the elevators on both towers need servicing. Each side had one break down a couple times a week. As far as our condo rental it was super nice. Very clean and it was nice and cold. We will definitely consider renting again next year. Thanks again for everything.

Ice maker didn’t work! Door stopper was broken had a string holding it to the door handle that was very inconvenient when packing stuff in and string kept falling all the time, patio doors didn’t lock, lamps in living room wouldn’t work

The view was perfect from left to right to straight ahead. We do suggest bringing your own tp, paper towel, laundry soap, dish soap and dishwasher soap. You will also need salt and pepper. But it was an AMAZING vacation. We loved the accommodations!

We had a blast the week of our stay here. It was the absolute perfect location with the beach right there, the beautiful views, and plenty of activities for the kids. The owner was very pleasant and helpful as well. We would recommend this place to anyone!

Great place to stay!

We went as a family to enjoy this great condo and enjoyed it very much. The condo was clean and well maintained. The view was excellent and the beach was awesome. We where able to see dolphins and rays from the balcony.

Great place to stay

We loved how spacious the condo was and how nice it was. The beds were really comfortable and the master bedroom was spacious. The pullout couches were comfy as well and well maintained. The pools, and splash pad was well kept and fun entertainment for the kids.

We had a great time, the condo was nice, clean and everything worked like it should. The views from the balcony, bedroom and front room are amazing!

Check in was easy. Robin was on top of everything. There were some issues that came up and she was very prompt with responding and took care of everything. Really enjoyed my time here and always a great stay at Splash.

Great condo

We had a wonderful time at this great condo. It was as described. Plenty of seating. Very kid friendly resort. This is one of our favorites. Would definitely stay again!

Would stay here again

The condo was just as described. The view was amazing from the balcony, and you could watch the sunrise and sunsets from there. We enjoyed the pool area and beach everyday. The beach service chairs that were included were a nice bonus, you just have to get down there early if you want front row. All in all it was a great experience.

Everything went well I could not remember the door code and my phone had died when I came back on the host had already replied with the code. Super friendly and fast response the rooms were nice and tidy thank you

Everything was done in a professional and friendly way. All questions were answered. The owner was great to work with. Would stay at this rental again and give it high recommendation to friends.
