Bring the kids and never forget your family vacation at Splash!, Panama City Beach's hottest new resort that caters to your kids. Kids will love the covered water park where they can play, rain or shine, while mom and dad lounge in the heated pool or hot tub. Enjoy lunch, have a snack or sip a drink at the poolside bar and grill. Or take a float down the lazy river together then let the kids play in the interactive water play pool.

After a full day of activities at Splash! you can relax in your sixth floor luxury condominium, watch movies on the 42' flat screen TV, soak in the garden tub or shower and know you will sleep well on the king size solid foam mattress in the master bedroom and queen size pillow top mattress in the second bedroom. Both bedrooms have 32' flat screen LCD TV's with blue ray DVD players. You can surf the Internet free from the condo, without having to get to a common area. Upon awakening have a cup of coffee while you watch the dolphins from the balcony. Get your blood pumping in the state of the art exercise facility overlooking the beautiful ocean view.

Now you are ready to enjoy a day of water play, relaxing or shopping in the on site Alvins Island or in the new Pier Park just a short distance away. Hungry?...Pier Park now hosts several restaurants such as Longhorn Steakhouse, Panera Bread and Red Brick Oven Pizza. Just a short drive further you can enjoy Bonefish Grill or Carrabas. Great communication and prompt responses from the owner. We enjoyed our stay so much that we wanted to stay an extra night and since the condo was available we were able to do so and the process was quick and easy.

Beautiful view in this property! We did have some issues with two of the three TV’s not working, but we weren’t in enough for it to be a big deal and just made it work with the one we had.

Room was pretty clean with a great view of the beach. I didn’t love that the wrist bands had to stay on at the pools and not just be on our beach bags because of the weird tan lines, but other than that it was great.

1901 E, is a beautiful unit!Our trip was for four adults, 7 days. We had originally booked another room, which had some serious issues. Only stayed there, one horrible nite! Thankfully, with the help of VRBO, and the awesome management group for THIS unit, we were able to move, realitivilty easy. The ocean views are just stunning!!!! 10/10, and all three bedrooms have a great view! The kitchen is equipped with everything you may need during your stay, from a blender to a crock pot! Awesome coffee bar,and higher end appliances. Furniture is nice, beds are comfortable and the place was clean. The three bathrooms all have a bidet on them! The unit also has several Tommy Bahama chairs, an umbrella, along with other beach items. They really thought of everything to help make your visit easy, and relaxing! The Splash resort itself, needs some updating and cleaning, but the poolside bar made delicious frozen drinks and had pretty good ( bar)food!Totally recommend this unit, and plan to return!

Had a great stay. The place was clean and comfortable. The only downside is the sliding door going on the balcony was very hard to open and close but I would definitely stay here again.

We had a great time overall, but there were several issues with this sixth-floor condo that made our stay less enjoyable.The air conditioning was temperature-controlled, so we were unable to set it below 75F. So the entire stay our condo stayed at 74-75F .Unfortunately, the HVAC system also left the condo feeling very humid and musty throughout our stay.The washing machine needed attention, as the door seal was heavily affected by mold. We were uncomfortable washing our clothes in it. The bathroom sinks drained very slowly, and the bath tub overflow cover kept falling off and also showed signs of mold.Additionally, whenever we turned on the bathroom exhaust fans, there was a noticeable sewer odor.Overall, while we enjoyed our vacation, we felt the condo needs significant maintenance and updates to justify the price we paid.

Our Stay at Splash Resort in Panama City Beach

Our family and friends had a great stay at this resort. There are a lot of activities to do and the condo was just as advertised. We were able to listen to the waves as we fell asleep every night.

Great Location

Condo was nice and clean. Had everything you could want in it. Splash is a great property to stay at with kids. Booking, check in was super easy. Appreciate having some basics there for you already. TP, soap, shampoo, paper towels etc. would definitely stay here again!

This was our second stay at this resort, and overall we had another great experience. The host was wonderful both times we stayed here—very friendly and always quick to respond, usually within minutes.Upon arrival, we noticed the AC unit was turned off. We turned it back on, adjusted the temperature, unpacked, and headed out for the afternoon. When we returned later that evening, the condo was still very warm, even though the thermostat showed 72 degrees. The next morning, I reached out to the host, and he promptly had maintenance come check the unit. Unfortunately, the condo remained warmer than we would have liked throughout our stay, to the point that we purchased a few fans to help keep everyone comfortable.Other than the issue with the air conditioning, we have no complaints. The condo was very clean upon arrival, check-in was simple and hassle-free, and the listing was accurate, although there were a few furniture changes from the photos. The beach view from the unit is absolutely beautiful and one of our favorite parts of staying here.We will definitely consider staying again and appreciate the host’s responsiveness and efforts to address the AC concerns during our visit.
