Locally owned condo with recent updates allow a nice, clean, comfortable stay while in the Gatlinburg/Smoky Mountain National Park area. A great base for hiking or family getaways.

Fantastic Mountain Views. Private balcony in this 3rd floor 2 bed 2 bath (king/queen) with a queen pullout in the living area. Recliner offers Dad the best seat in the house to watch the ball game!
2 bath(tub/shower combos) Hall tub has handheld sprayer making bathing the kiddos easy.

Kitchenette with microwave, refrigerator, 2 burner cooktop, toaster oven, coffee maker, utensils, plates, and ice trays (no icemaker & no dishwasher)

Downtown Gatlinburg condo is a great base to explore the National Park and the downtown area. Rocky Top Sports 5 miles away and no crossing Parkway traffic.

Outdoor heated seasonal pool from late April to Mid October has a beautiful mountain view.

Stay here and avoid city parking hassles. Walk the Gatlinburg Parkway, The Village, Anakeesta, Ole Red's, Jason Aldeans, Space Needle & all the fun! Watch the local bear family safely from our private balcony.

Convenient place to stay in proximity to the strip. Picture of guests at round table was misleading as this is not at the property.

We have photos of our condo (all just the unit with no people) and pictures of places in Gatlinburg in walking distance. Only one pic includes people which are watching local fireworks. You must be confused as all images are at our place.

The listing was just as pictured and not too far from the main strip without having to hear all the noisy traffic. The condo is located in a quiet area . We even saw bears there one morning. The unit has a cook top but not an oven but had everything we needed otherwise. The host was very responsive and even checked on us after a storm. We would definitely stay here again.

Good value for the price. Bare aluminum walls in the LR could use wood panel covers. Bathroom shower knob could be fixed. Reach out to the host they are very helpful.Read the instructions more carefully things may be a bit different than your other previous stays!

The aluminum on the walls is actually 10 from an old barn roof in the 1800s. It is part of the decor and it is sealed. They are shown in our pictures. The hall bathroom faucet is designed to pull and turn and no you cannot change that. I am sorry if you did not look at the pictures nor read the check-in instructions because the faucet instructions were there. You did text me and we went over that. That is not a design issue on either, but it is an issue where you did not look at what you were booking nor read check-in instructions. I am not sure who booked this day, but whoever booked the stay is responsible for their due diligence as in any booking.

This condo was absolutely perfect for our vacation. It’s right at the strip, great views, hosts were communicative and available if needed. We would absolutely rent here again and are looking forward to the next trip to Gatlinburg!

Needed cleaning and definitely does not house 6 people. Neighbors are very noisy and loud.

There was no complaint after your arrival and the condo was clean and inspected prior to your check-in. It is a condo and so you are going to hear other people around. We cannot control everyone and there are posted signs of quiet hours. If there was an issue, you did not contact us on anything at all as we are owners and local. We take pride in our property and anything that was not right. We would definitely make it right. As far as sleeping six people, there are two bedrooms and a queen pullout and that does total up to sleeping six people. I am not sure what you had in mind on sleeping arrangements, but they are all Listed just that way and our rental listing. For the future anywhere you go if there is an issue contact management or the owners. If there is an issue with noise after hours, then local authorities are called in to take care of it after you reported it to us

Great location for walking into town or driving to various hiking trails for our family of 6. Our daughter enjoyed sitting on the balcony in the evenings. Excellent communication by the owners. Would stay here again.

The hosts were very easy to communicate with. This is a great location close to the strip to walk to, but far enough away to remain quiet. Check in and out was super easy! The condo was great, everything we needed!! Thanks for a great weekend.

We really enjoyed our stay at condo! We liked the proximity to everything. I did have a bear get on my truck but there was no damage thankfully. We fully intend to come back!

Nice place, but not convenient for handicapped persons to go to town, had to drive and park due to the steep hills and/or steps!

We hope you had a pleasant stay . No we don’t advertise this as handicap accessible, but there is an elevator in the business building which we did disclose and talked about at the time you were asking some questions prior to booking.

Warm and cozy

The apartment was inviting. The decor was warm and cozy. Short walk into town. The owner was pleasant and there if you need anything. Will definitely stay here again
