Kathy, We are sorry to learn that you feel you had a less than perfect stay. Our home is professionally managed by a leading vacation rental firm in South County. They offer 24/7 response to any issues. We wish you had raised your concerns during your visit - they would have been promptly handled. The amenities are exactly as listed in the property description and as illustrated in the photos; the linens are handled by a professional laundry service and there are extra pillows in every bedroom. The property is serviced by a pest management company, and we would have expected a call to the rental agency if there was an issue of this sort. Lastly, the refrigerator door latch was back ordered. The temporary solution was simply an optional safeguard in the event guests preferred to use it, and there was an alarm that would alert anyone if the door was accidentally ajar. No matter, the entire refrigerator has since been replaced and is brand new. We take great pride in our vacation rental - it is our own home away from home. Guests are always invited to let us know if anything is less than perfect during their stay, and it’ll be addressed promptly. Thanks for the opportunity to respond to your concerns.
