Spacious and quiet, but NO amenities

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The townhouse was very spacious and quiet. Great after driving the 4 miles to beach or downtown.The location is in a golf community but you hav NO access to Fitness center, pool or golf course. If you stay with Hilton you do but not Marriott. Also coffee maker did not have basket and really needs to be replace. Ginds in coffee and big mess every morning. Some of the cups at coffee center were dirty and floor needs to be mopped. Overall house was neat but deep clean is needed. Nice dec with a view great for morning coffee.. with grinds

Overall, we had an amazing time. The property was clean, comfortable and convenient. I would definitely stay at this property again. The check-in/out process was outdated and inefficient. Despite having a keypad on the door, you had to drive to realty office to pick up “keys” and check out info. There were no actual keys…just the code for lock pad. Then, at check out, you had to drive back to the office to return the “keys”. This was a major inconvenience when the code and very brief checkout instructiond could have been provided in an email. I will consider this detail before future bookings.

Brief stay over Thanksgiving

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Nice, quiet condo with lovely view of golf course, pond and turtles. The apartment was clean and kitchen stocked with necessary utensils, dishes and cookware, as well as paper towels, though it would have been nice to have coffee on hand to brew for first day before we had a chance to get to the store. The beds were very comfortable. The enclosed porch upstairs was lovely, though the porch furniture and living room furniture were not comfortable or cozy. They seemed more for show.

First time here was a great time.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The first home's AC crashed. The next day we not only had another place, but it was an unexpected upgrade. This company truly cares about their clients. Even took my call hours after their offices closed. I will definitely use them the next time we come down.

This was the perfect place for us to stay during our leadership conference at Sea Palms. Easy walking distance to everything and a quick drive to all restaurants and bars. We had a great time.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Loved our stay in this townhouse! It was clean, spacious, comfortable and had everything we needed. Kitchen was well stocked. We loved sitting out on the upper deck overlooking the lake and 18th green of the golf course. The location of the townhouse was convenient to shopping, activities and restaurants. The staff at Real Escapes Properties responded quickly to an issue that arose. The owners of the unit were super nice and went out of their way to help with the above mentioned issue. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay at this property.
