The location of this property can’t be beat! Walkable to the Village and Pier, on a quiet street, and close to parks. We loved the screened in porch with the TV in the evenings.

The entire process from making the reservation through check out was simple and went seamlessly. Getting a credit to rent beach chairs was a pleasant surprise. The photos of the property were 100% accurate and the bungalow was immaculate and well appointed. The entire property was beautifully maintained. This was our first trip to Saint Simons Island, so we weren’t exactly sure where we should stay. The location of this property was perfect, close to the beach and close to lots of shopping and dining options. We can’t wait to book our next stay!

We took our teenage granddaughters for their senior trip to our first visit to St. Simons Island. The bungalow was absolutely perfect. It had everything we needed and more. Our bungalow allowed them to watch the hockey playoffs from the pool as the TV was in the screened in porch area. The neighborhood felt safe and was quiet. Really liked the entry process with the code. Towels were plush and beds were extremely comfortable. Highly recommend renting a golf cart to add to the fun of getting around. Definitely recommend this property.

Nice 2 bedroom duplex walking distance to Pier Road shopping & restaurants. My husband used the small pool almost everyday. Our unit looked recently updated & was beautiful! Cool screened porch with a TV. Also, had a TV in the master bedroom & main living area. Foam mattresses were a little on the firm side for us but we are also not used to sleeping on foam. It was still a wonderful stay & we will be back!
