Comfortable Home in Midtown!

“The lake is calling and I must go“ escape to the majestic Lake Coeur d’Alene in Idaho and stay in this two bedroom, one and a half bathroom vacation rental in Midtown Coeur d’Alene! This homes is 1300+ square feet of peaceful and comfortable living space. Take advantage of the convenient location only 15-20 minute walk or 3 minute drive to shopping on Sherman Ave and McEuen Park.

*We have the biggest heart for pets and would love to welcome them into our home; however, I (the homeowner) am EXTREMELY allergic to pet hair and dander. So, it is with great regret that ABSOLUTELY CAN NOT ALLOW PETS.
*Both bedrooms are located upstairs and the stairs are steep.

Other things to note:
Hiking and biking trails located within minutes/miles of home. Boat launch close. McEuen Park is a 15 walk or short drive. This beautiful park boasts the city’s largest playground, a colorful splash pad, tennis\pickle ball court, Basketball court, Avista pavilion, restrooms, ice-skating rink in the winter, and a 4-acre grassy area with room to hold events. This park also hosts a boat launch, a trail head for Tubbs Hill. The 60 mile centennial trail that begins at 9 mile Falls in Washington and ends at Higgins Point on Coeur d’Alene Lake runs right through the middle of McEuen park.

Cozy & cute!!

We greatly enjoyed our stay. This cute house looks very small from the outside, but it was just right for our fam of 5 for a few days. It was great having a map to look at and see what's in the area. Thank you very much.

Great Location

This property was as cute as the pictures show it to be. Perfectly located to travel back and forth to Silverwood and conveniently located by great dining and shopping options. The neighborhood was private and quiet.

Great house, Great location

We used this house as our home base for a couple of days at Silverwood (about 25 minute drive). In a very quiet neighborhood with easy access to downtown Coeur d’ Alene. Very clean and upgraded house. Checkin was smooth and easy. Was perfect for our family of 6.

Coeur d’Alene Home

Cute older home that has been completely remodeled. I guess with it being built long ago there were not codes for stairs. The stairs going up to the bedrooms were so steep and shallow that one could put their hands on the steps to climb them. Being older, we were challenged getting up and down them so chose to keep our luggage downstairs which is where the full bathroom was located. We did not cook so I didn’t check out how it was equipped. The beds were okay but the pillows were not comfortable for us. The home’s location was perfect for getting to the downtown area.

Excellent Stay!

My husband and his friend stayed to go to a local fishing tournament and loved staying there! The check-in process and finding the property was easy. The property manager was polite and very quick with responding to any messages/questions. The house was clean, neighborhood was nice and quiet- neighbors were also very nice. The property was also very walkable to all the amenities as everything was within 5 minutes of the house.

Cute house

This was a cute home in a charming neighborhood. It was conveniently located and close to everything. The host was responsive and overall we had a great stay.

Clean and fully stocked home

I picked this more because it was newly updated and was the prime location. The owners were prompt, responding in minutes and so kind! The home was very clean with a stocked kitchen with all the necessary cooking and baking needs. It is perfect for a small family stay either to sight see or stay in and relax. Will definitely be saving this home for future trips to Coeur d’ Alene!
