Cute little house, perfect for a family of 4 or 5 if children are small. Great area, close to downtown and in a quiet and nice neighborhood. Loved staying there.

This bungalow was adorable and very clean . It had everything we seemed to need . The only thing I could suggest would be an extra chair in the living room if possible and an extra fan in the back bedroom during these hot days . Other than that you can’t beat the cost of this cute home in a very good area.

We had a very disappointing stay. When we arrived, the house was over 100 degrees inside. The only air conditioner was in the kitchen and hadn’t been turned on. The bedroom fan did nothing to cool the room, so it was extremely uncomfortable and hard to sleep.The house also had a strong mold smell, which we believe came from the washing machine never being left open after use. On top of that, the sprinkler system kept soaking the front patio, making it difficult to go outside without getting drenched.Overall, this was not a pleasant experience.

Overall, we had a great experience staying here and enjoyed our time. There were just a few areas that could have been improved. I've stayed at many VRBO properties, and for the price point I would have expected a few additional touches. These are intended more as suggestions than complaints.For example, coffee was provided for the Keurig, which was appreciated, but there were only two packets of Sweet & Low, two packets of powdered creamer, and some honey available. There was no sugar provided, and the supplies were not quite enough for two people staying three days. A few extra coffee accompaniments, such as additional sweeteners and some liquid creamer, would have been a nice addition. We also couldn't find additional paper towels.A couple of fans also would have been helpful, as the weather was warm and there is only one window air conditioner cooling the house.Also to note: The bathroom is quite small. The shower space in particular felt very compact and may be uncomfortable for larger guests. There is no photo of the bathroom on the listing, perhaps because of this reason? We did appreciate the comfortable beds, lots of towels and bedding provided, nice location, and responsive host.

The house is very small and I would say a good place to stay if you are under 5’5 and no more than 2 people. The shower is very tight and the shower head is low. There was no vacuum or broom to clean up and we found a pile of toenails on the rug near the couch from a previous guest. Heating and cooling is also a mystery. The refrigerator leaks inside and out and there were no extra paper towels or trash bags so we had to purchase those. The host was very responsive and we appreciated the early check in.
