It was one of the cleanest places we've stayed in which is very important to us. The kitchen was well stocked with all the utensils and cookware needed, it even had a filled spice rack. They had a beautiful decor in all the rooms. The view of the beach was outstanding. We enjoyed sitting out on the balcony watching the waves . It was great staying here! We can't wait to come back again sometime. We give it a 5 star rating.Tony & DianeIndiana

Lovely Stay in PCB

The check-in process was seamless. The owners were excellent at communicating and wanted to make sure we had all we needed. Great place and comfortable stay

The property is exactly as listed. It was very clean, check-in process was smooth, excellent communication with the owners. Location is great with grocery stores and restaurants near by. Overall we enjoyed the stay and would definitely come back.

Everything was as described. Extremely clean and decorated perfectly. The best condo I've ever stayed in at Emerald Isle. Alot of extra touches throughout the condo. The designated parking huge plus. A Five Star experience all the way around.

The wife and I have stayed in a lot rooms in our avenues around different places. But this room was one of the best that we had the pleasure staying in. It was the cleanest and up to date and well maintained. Starting with the owners and there welcoming. They make it easy checking in and out. All the little extra touches. Felt welcome once you walk in the door.

Perfect stay

We really enjoyed our stay. The condo was beautifully decorated and very clean. The view of the beach and sunsets from the large balcony was perfect. We really appreciated the assigned parking spot and beach chairs with umbrella. Loved the easy access to the beach which was not crowded when we were there. Would love to stay here again.

Emerald Pearl PCB

By far the best condo we have ever rented. Very clean, beautifully decorated and the perfect location. Owners were on top of communication, reaching out several times to make sure we were comfortable and if we needed anything. We will definitely be back!

Perfect place

Our stay was great. This condo is beautifully decorated and the Stewarts (owners) were so kind and you can tell that they want your stay to be comfortable. Condo has everything you need and the 7th floor balcony was perfect. No complaints here!

Our Favorite PCB Condo

We have stayed at many condos in PCB through the years but this one was our favorite. The decor was exceptional and the owners are wonderful. Great communication and anticipation of needs. Easiest check in and out. Great location on quieter west end PCB but still close to area attractions.

Cozy beach Vibes

The Emerald is the perfect place to relax, recharge, and enjoy! We loved the comfy beds the cozy feel of being in your own home, but at the beach!!! The owners were great with communication to the highest level.

Beautiful Condo

Condo as described. Very charming with beach decor. Hosts very attentive. Had everything needed for a day on the beach from a wagon, chairs, floaties and beach towels. We had a lovely stay and would stay again.

Love it!

This is one of our favorite places to stay. The condo was perfect for our family. The location was right in the beach and there was a yummy restaurant across the street. We appreciate the simplicity of the process and the extra special little things (snacks, coffee…) for us to enjoy! We hope to visit again someday!

We came down for our fist time during the winter of 2022. We live in Michigan. A few days after we left, Michigan had a huge snowstorm with 13" of snow in one day. We drove down during the snowstorm. What should have taken us 5 hours to our first stop ended up taking us 10 hours because of the roads. But we took our time and kept going. Once we got down to PCB, and we looked out at the beautiful emerald waters, and saw the miles and miles of sugar sand beaches in front of us instead of the snow, we were sold. We no longer wanted to deal with those cold, gray Michigan winters.

We fell in love with PCB the first time we came here in February 2022. We usually go to southern Florida but had heard about the panhandle and PCB and wanted to give it a try. Oh my gosh....the first time we saw those emerald green waters we were in awe. We have seen many beaches before but none of them like these. The beaches were so beautiful. We could walk for miles along the beach, stop at restauants along the way, hunt for seashells, go shopping, go to the pier and see dolphins and sea turtles. What was not to love. We wanted to share our experience with our family and friends. So we took the plunge and purchased our first condo so others could enjoy the amazing PCB just like we did.
