A well maintained, basement level hideaway, conveniently located in the Lakewood-to-Denver dividing area. The host was extremely communicative and the property matched the profile perfectly. The only downside to our stay was the neighbors front yard being covered by a disturbing amount of dog poop, leaving unfortunate smells whenever entering/existing from the gate leading down to the basement-level access.

Andrew, thank you for your kind review about our basement apartment. We are happy that you enjoyed it. I have spoken with the neighbors, and they have cleaned up their yard and promised to stay on top of it. Kind regards, Jason
