Summary:
Handsomely decorated 1 bedroom 1 bathroom condo located on the TART Trail on the eastern edge of Downtown Traverse City. Home is available for short-term, mid-term, long-term, and corporate leases!

The Space:
Our handsomely decorated 1 bedroom 1 bathroom condo is located on the third floor of this well-known upscale building. "Known for what?" you say. Well, for being trailside of course! Or more precisely, the south side of the building is directly adjacent to one of the area's most famous trails called the TART Trail. Guests are sure to love Trillium's easy access to Traverse City, Cherry Capital Airport, Front Street, The Filling Station Microbrewery, Elev8 Climbing Gym, Silver Spruce Brewing Company, bike shops, beaches, marinas, bayside parks, and many more of downtown TC's award-winning offerings!

Trailside45 is a pet-friendly building that was designed for "living the lifestyle" and boasts a secure bike locker on each level. In addition, there is a community room where guests can kick back and enjoy the company of other residents or take in a movie on the large screen TV. The community room also makes a great meeting or workspace and should feel like an extension of our guest unit.

Guests will enter the building through a secure entrance and take the elevator to the third floor. Upon walking into the Trillium, they will be delighted to see the soaring ceilings, comfortable furnishing, and the unit's fun decor. Not just ideal for cyclists, this unit will attract guests of all kinds.

The Trillium is one level with a little over 600 square feet and features a private master bedroom. There is also a sleeper sofa with an egg crate, mattress cover, and bed linens in the living room, which is great for kids or guests that might only stay part-time.

The kitchen is well-appointed and offers all the essential cooking equipment like pots, pans, cooking utensils, sharp knives, and dining sets for four guests. It is also stocked with salt, pepper, pan spray, plastic wrap, foil, baggies, coffee filters, dish soap, dishwasher pods, and a few rolls of paper towels, making it easy to start cooking as soon as you arrive.

The full-size stackable washer and dryer are in the master bedroom closet. This is where you will also find extra linens, beach towels, and two full sets of bath towels per guest. We have also provided enough laundry detergent and fabric softener to do a couple of loads of laundry if you prefer to travel light and launder your clothing onsite.

After enjoying all that Traverse City's bustling downtown and the surrounding area has to offer, you can come home for some much-needed relaxation. The western-facing balcony is the perfect spot for grilling and sipping local wine while watching the sunset. And when mother nature throws a wrench in your plans, you can cozy up with your favorite streaming network or surf the internet until your heart is content on our complimentary guest Wi-Fi. We also have several board games, a couple of decks of cards, and a few puzzles.

Rental Policy:
- No smoking or fireworks are permitted
- Two small to medium-sized dogs are okay upon approval (2 max)
- $150 Non-refundable pet fee per pet
- No events, parties, or large gatherings are permitted.
- Minimum booking age is 25

To help you relax and enjoy your stay, we have partnered with Safely to provide all reservations with damage protection. The cost for Safely is $49 for 1-29 nights, $249 for 30-59 nights, $319 for 60-89 nights, and $390 for 90-119 nights. All reservations will initially be charged a $49 Safely Damage Insurance Fee. For stays longer than 29 nights, the additional charges will be processed after booking. All reservations are subject to the guest agreement terms, conditions, and fees.

Guest Access:
This property features self-check-in. Check-in is permitted between 4:00 pm -10:00 pm. Guest are responsible for having their check-in instruction before arrival. Check-in instructions are sent after completing our guest check-in form and agreeing to our terms of service. The home's property address will also be sent separately 72 hours prior to check-in.

Other Things to Note:
Guests are provided with a small amount of the basic essentials including 2 rolls of paper towels, 2 rolls of toilet paper in each bathroom, 2 laundry pods, 2 dish pods, a full dish soap dispenser, and full soap dispensers in each bathroom, and basic cleaning supplies. Guests are not to use the host's inventory of bulk supplies left at the property and should be prepared to supply their own as needed for longer stays.

CHECK OUT INSTRUCTIONS:
•November-April: Set the heat/thermostat to 55 degrees and close the blinds.
•May-October: Shut off everything and close the blinds.
•Strip beds (not mattress pads) and pile all sheets and towels on the floor near the washer. Start a load of towels in the washer. (If applicable.)
•If you used more than 2 shower towels, hand towels, or washcloths per person we ask that you wash, dry, and put the excess away before checking out. (If applicable.)
•Dispose of all food. No food or beverages are to be left inside the property.
•Put all trash in the garbage bin. Trash instructions are noted in your Guest Guide Link. Please take the trash to the road if your stay falls on or within 48 hours of trash day.
•Put patio cushions back. (If applicable.)
•All dishes must be washed, dried, and put away. Dirty dishes may result in a $100 additional guest cleaning fee.
•Turn off all lights.
•Lock the door.

Interaction with Guests:
Guests will have this entire home to themselves. Rental Management One is available to assist via email, phone, or directly through Airbnb messages. Detailed contact information will be provided with the check-in instructions.

Nice place with a couple misses

The additional rental agreement and background checks requested / required by the rental company are annoying; not having extra rental steps is a big reason to book using VRBO. The condo was overall nice. It was super clean. That said, the bed linens were extremely low quality — bottom shelf Amazon polyester. The pillows were well past worn out. The bath towels were marginally better. These aspects did not match the quality (and price) of the rest of the condo.

Pretty little place with plenty of room for a couple. Definitely very close to the trail as advertised. Had a washer and dryer and many of the conveniences you would want.

Great place and great location

Property was clean, and was stocked with most supplies we would have needed. Decorations are super cute. Bike rack was nice bonus. We rode bikes to a lot each day. Only negative was the bed and pillows are uncomfortable

Nice stay

Property is close to walking trail and convenient to downtown locations. The property was clean and as stated. Would recommend to family and friends as a great place to stay.

A Great Fall Getaway

My wife and I had a great time staying at this conveniently located condo. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed! We also took advantage of the bike trail even though it was a bit chilly out. Would highly recommend this place to anyone needing a cozy Fall getaway! Thanks for the stay!

Perfect location for first time visitors

As first time visitors to TC, this property was the perfect location, only about a 5-10 minute car ride to anywhere and also easy access to Ubers.

Underperforming

Major irritations: see my email to the rental management co. Living area ver poorly set up eg table, stools no chairs. Had to call for dishes, silverware, no 8 qt pot ( a standard) Dirty cabinets. Handicapped exit switch on entry door didn’t work. Blinds could not be adjusted due to knots in cords. Instructions to leave Lea towels, clean dishes demeaning. Overall, property is barebones. Written in structions and threat of additional charges if not followed not acceptable. Need to be more user friendly.

Nice apartment close to trails and town

Lovely one bedroom. Fully equipped including all pots and pans, utensils and some seasonings for cooking. About a mile to a beach and close to town. Very pleasant stay

Great location for a vacation

We loved how close the place was to a lot of the places we planned to visit. And as a runner, I loved being right on the TART trail. The place was clean and well-stocked with the basic necessities.

Great location, safe and clean!

I loved this property. The gated community (door access) feels very safe for a solo traveler. The space is decorated in a travel theme and is cozy. The balcony was perfect in the morning for coffee. The bed is super comfy and extra pillows and blankets are onsite.

Lovely Condo

Weekend getaway

Not too far from anything in Traverse City. Parking good. Building nice and modern as well as condo. It was kind of just dusty like no one had stayed there in a while but otherwise just as pictured. Check in and check out easy just had to download an app.
