Rental includes amenities such as Bicycles (2) and use of Hunting Island State Park & Beach Pass. Located minutes away from the Marine Corps Recruit Depot at Parris Island and Historic Downtown Beaufort. Be sure to take a Carriage Ride through our History, Dine at our AMAZING Restaurants, Bike Ride, Kayak our Seaside Village and don't forget a Movie Tour while you're here. The Anchor House was just perfect! It was a short stay for my mom and brother but, the cottage was clean and just lovely! Thanks for sharing! Looking forward to a future stay!

Comfy beds great location

Easy Check in, comfy beds, and hot showers! We live locally and had family come in for the weekend. Great location for us, and super cute and comfy. Definitely recommend for anyone coming in from out of town. And will use again!

Cute home, excellent location

The house is in an excellent location to downtown Beaufort. Also, the house was well stocked with all the necessary items for items used daily. Front entrance could be cleaned up for a more welcoming entrance.

Anchor House

Great place to use as home base to travel to Savannah the surrounding areas. Place is super clean spacious for 2 people. Love the yard. I like the closeness of the downtown Beaufort the ease of traveling to other towns.

Anchor House is clean, cozy and comfortable

The cottage is in the perfect location to enjoy everything that Beaufort, Lady’s Island and Port Royal have to order.We love that the area is great for lovers of history, wildlife, scenery and sunsets. It was nice to come back to Anchor House at day’s end!

Chalk It Up Festival Weekend

My friend and I had a great time staying at this home when we went to Beaufort for the Chalk It Up festival. It had everything we needed. My bed was so comfortable. I loved the experience at this home.

Very comfortable and quiet neighborhood.Good beds, location, kitchen amenities.We stayed for five nights using this home as our “anchor” while exploring low country.

Fantastic experience!!

Wow this place was amazing! GREAT location, one mile from the waterfront and historic downtown, walkable neighborhood, clean and tastefully decorated, with all necessary conveniences. Back yard was bigger than we expected, with a table and chairs for morning coffee. Access was super easy via electronic front door lock. 10/10 would recommend to anyone wanting to visit historic Beaufort, SC!

All you need in a cute home! Great location. Owner responded very quickly to a clogged drain. A minor inconvenience that was handled very promptly. Very comfortable stay!

Awesome stay in Beaufort

This property was perfect for my family which includes 3 small children From check-in to check-out, the host went above and beyond our expectations. We loved our stay at the Anchor house and definitely recommend this home if you are traveling to Beaufort!

Wonderful stay!

This location was ideal if you want to visit Hunting State Park or just enjoy all that Beaufort and surrounding areas have to offer. The house is clean, cozy; only wish we had reserved for a longer time..already looking forward to a return visit!

Anchor Yourself Here!

This is an amazing gem of a property. It has the location, it has all you need inside (and out) and it's clean as a whistle. We loved our stay here and our host was outstanding. From letting us know when we could get in to giving us restaurant suggestions, it was perfect. Would definitely return to Anchor House or any of the other Mermaid properties!
