The house was a great place for our family of 7 adults and 2 toddlers to stay while attending a family wedding nearby. The indoor and especially the outdoor space allowed for everyone to relax and the toddlers to play. The communications with the host were fast and clear, and we especially appreciated her flexibility on arrival time after a long day of travel. I highly recommend.

This house was perfect for our extended family to stay for CU Boulder Graduation! It was a close enough drive to campus, but far enough away from all the graduation craziness! Plenty of room for everyone to spread out and enjoy themselves and very clean! We loved the hot tub, the game room and the basketball court! This was the perfect property for us to all be able to stay together and enjoy our celebration with our son! Thank you for sharing your wonderful home with our family!

Perfect location

This house was everything we needed for our group, ranging from grandparents to a toddler! The location was perfect to get to all of the activities we went to. The neighborhood was quiet. Loved our stay!!

This was the perfect place for my family.Having the game room was a huge bonus.The hot tub was fun with the snow.When we are back in the spring/summer excited to use the back yard basketball hoop.

Beautiful home

This property was honestly amazing and meet more than our expectations with the game room and basketball court area the family had fun the jacuzzi was amazing as well and the home was very comfortable it had everything you need for your stay we definitely recommend this home to anyone

Perfect fit for our family of 11

Grandparents, adult kids and 5 grandsons! This house had it all. We loved the back yard games and especially the b-ball court. Great week experiencing as much of Denver area as possible. Sara and Casey were great hosts and quick to respond to any of our needs or questions! Thanks so much!!

Colorado mini trip

Overall we had a great time in the home. The host was very fast to respond to any questions I had. The place was very spacious for our family. We appreciate the host allowing us an early check in. The home was clean and had everything we needed. The backyard was huge and our kids loved the basketball court. The only thing we encountered was the top floor was a little too warm even with the AC on. I did have to buy some fans to keep the upstairs a little colder. It was our first time in Colorado so not sure if the weather was just too hot during our stay. One other thing was that the beds are a little firm except for the master bedroom. Other than that our overall stay was great.

Thank you for your review and feedback Lorena! I am sorry that the upstairs was too warm during your stay. We had 3 record breaking temperature days that week, and I think the central air must have had a hard time keeping up. We installed a ceiling fan in the master after you all checked out, sorry it wasn’t there when you stayed. We are happy you had a great stay overall, and are welcome back anytime!

We really enjoyed our stay. Property was beautiful and very clean. AC worked well for us even though temps were in the upper 90s/lower 100s all week. Didn’t need anything from the host so we didn’t reach out, but you can tell they take good care of the property.

This property worked perfect for us, family of 13 (6 littles) and fit just fine. Really enjoyed the back yard, the basketball court was the site for many a "HORSE" tournament. It was perfect for site seeing as well, Flat Iron, Bowlarama, Butterfly Pavilion, Broomfield Water Park (suggest this over WaterWorld) and down to the Denver Zoo. We enjoyed all the amenities supplied by the house such as the game room, towels, yard games, grill, hot tub and gas fire pit. We would stay again.

Awesome place to stay !

This house is awesome! It was equipped with everything we needed. Added bonus it has a game room and hot tub. The hosts were quick to respond to messages. We will definitely be staying here again!
