One of the nicest rentals I’ve ever stayed in! Loved the layout… it was huge inside. In a very good location with an exercise path right in front of it. It felt very safe and very clean. The beds were comfy as well.

Great Place

Very spacious house , with pretty much all the amenities. Had a great time .

Perfect St Augustine Location

We absolutely loved this home! Location and layout were perfect for us. Even though the house is located close to A1A its unbelievably quiet and secluded. The located is perfectly straddled with quick beach access and down town. Beds were comfortable and the house was outfitted with an awesome grill, nice kitchen ware and nice compact beach chairs. The view from the balconies was amazing and we are already considering a return trip!!!

Spotless and roomy!

Aside from a few minor things this property is wonderful and Nicholas addressed any concerns we had. The cleaning crew does an amazing job, however the maintenance crew could use a little push. The garbage was supposed to be pulled to the curb on Monday by the maintenance

Lots of Fun!!!!

House is exactly what you see online - bedrooms are the perfect size. The house is close to a main street - can be noisy at times - lots of joggers and bikers passing by. Within walking distance to the beach. For the amount that is charged for the cleaning fee the owners ask a lot of you before you leave the premise and charge you extra if you don’t adhere to their instructions. Overall very happy with our stay would rent again.

Hi Susan -- thanks for choosing to stay with The Proper Group. We understand that the cleaning fee seems like a lot but we have a team of three cleaners who go through each house and we have actually scaled back our checkout procedures quite a bit. With 60+ properties to manage, we do our best to keep checkout procedures to a minimum while, at the same time, helping our housecleaning staff get through each house as efficiently as possible and maintaining each home's inventory. We hope you understand and we appreciate that you'd stay with us again.

Overall very good but…

The steepness of the stairs needs to be stressed. No dishwasher pods or extra trash bags. The decks are in bad shape and don’t appear to be all that safe! The air conditioning on the first floor is not cooling, if we had stayed for more than three nights it would have definitely been an issue. The cleanliness was excellent and it was a good location for us. Very pretty and the kitchen had good equipment! Overall it was an enjoyable stay for the weekend.

Hi Caroline, our cleaners leave a couple extra pods and trash bags. Anything needed after that is the guests responsibility. Both the upstairs and downstairs is controlled by the same unit. We would've been happy to troubleshoot but can not assist when we are not aware. Despite this we are glad you enjoyed your stay and welcome you back anytime.

Excellent house

Hello everyone, i have to say all my family loved the house, super private which i love having privacy. The rooms were super comfy... the kithen spacious the table and living room with big fat sofas. There were 2 details i have to mention, 1st, is that in your room pictures from the web showed 2 bunks twin beds and a queen and happens to be 1bunk twin bed, which 2 of my brothers children had to sleep with them in the master. That was a bummer and 2nd is that the shower drain from the masters was a bit clogged. I would say that! Was the only thing the rest was just perfect... maybe for future reference you might wanna tell the owner to have a kettle for hot water and a espresso machine lol just saying. But overall everything was on point. the communication with Tom was fast, everytime! Well witouth anything else i would definitely rent this house again ... great for any occasion. Thank you all for your great service!
