Perfect getaway condo! New carpet, dishwasher, stove/oven. Tucked away in the Ocean Walk complex- with flexible workspace, quiet and private, with a walkout patio to lawn and shade trees. Close to the Village, 5 minutes to beach access. Ocean Walk has TONS of amenities! 2 pools (1 heated), a fishing pond, tennis/pickleball courts, playground, indoor and outdoor ping pong tables, corn hole, tennis courts, rope swings, an exercise room, and a dog run!
Nicely appointed condo with 1 king bedroom with attached full bath, 2nd bedroom with full under twin bunk bed and an additional twin bed, additional full bathroom, comfortable living room, kitchen, eating area, and quiet patio and grass area. All linens and beach towels, 2 beach chairs, and sand toys included. YoutubeTV subscription with Showtime and HBO. The perfect place to get away and relax!

The property was perfect for our stay . Loved the neighborhood & amenities. (& the ducks) . The Cunningham’s were very available if there were questions. It’s an older development & in a coastal environment so there were issues with bugs & the exterminator did come during our stay . Great walking to town & dog park.

Excellent Location & Cozy Condo

We loved our stay. Condo was a little older, but very clean which is more important to us. It had everything we needed. Location is great! We would stay here again.

The condo easily met our expectations; the amount of space was just fine for 2 people. The interior and grounds were tidy and it is very quiet at night. The location is great and offers quick access to many restaurants and shops on St. Simons. Enjoyed our stay . . . Thank you!

Overall, we loved this condo! It was perfect for our family of 5 with 3 little kids. Every room was clean and comfortable, and the pool and playground were fun!

Great visit to SSI at the property

The unit was extremely clean and perfectly fit our needs for a short getaway during my wife's fall break from school. Highly recommend!

Peaceful, convenient, comfortable

This unit was the perfect place for us. Clean and comfortable with everything we needed for our stay. Close enough to walk to the village. The grandchildren enjoyed the pool, the corn hole, and the ping pong.

St Simons island

We enjoyed our stay. We rode bikes to the park and shops in St. Simons. While there we toured jekyll Island and visited Driftwood Beach. We only stayed 2 days but will visit the area another time. It was very relaxing and magical.

St Simons Charm

Perfect place to stay to observe the charm of St Simons… the charm of the abundant massive live oaks with signature spanish moss, the architectural charm of village and its tasty cuisine, along with all of the island’s historical and military significance through the centuries. Very enlightening and delightful visit during our long weekend.

Great get away!

We loved this condo. It was so close to everything including the beach. We had everything we needed already there. The big plus was we were right beside one of the pools. Everyone who lives there was very nice and Ali was very responsive with any questions I had. We will definitely stay here again!

Everything as advertised

Communication with the owner was good. The place was clean and met our needs. The walk to downtown restaurants was maybe one mile and there were nice places to walk our dog. The condo was not fancy but the beds were comfortable and the kitchen was adequately stocked with dishes and cooking stuff. It is a reasonably cost effective place to stay on SSI.

Family Friendly Property

We enjoyed our stay at this condo! It was exactly as described and perfect for our family (2 small boys). It is not going to be the fanciest condo on the island, but it was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. The Ocean Walk property is nice and quiet. We spoke with the owner a couple of times (not due to any issues) and she was very prompt and kind in helping us out.
